This weeks recipe reminds me of some fancy artisan ice cream shop and the person serving it to you would overstate and hyperbolize the ingredients using a really soft and slightly condescending tone.
You need to put on your plaid shirts and roll up your pants to vape this one. :P
Toasted Oak Ice Cream-
0.7% Brown Sugar (TPA)
0.5% Cotton Candy (10% Ethyl Maltol) (TPA)
1% Cream Fresh (FA)
0.3% Red Oak (TPA)
0.5% Sweetener (Sucralose) (TPA)
6% Vanilla Bean Ice Cream (CAP)
2% Vienna Cream (FA)
Flavor total: 11% Remember to rate it at: http://tjek.nu/r/7p1B
Our base with this one is VBIC (CAP). This is chosen over VBIC (TPA) due to it being lighter on texture and diacetyl. It's a good sub if you don't want your recipe to be too buttery but still want a thick vanilla cream.
Vienna Cream and Fresh Cream are the supporting Ice cream flavors. Credit to HIC for this. 2:1 ratio of these too is a nice secondary base for ice creams.
Red Oak is very strong. You can go up to .5% and even 1% if you really love the flavor but we just barely want enough to be noticeable in this recipe.
Brown Sugar rounds our the red oak and helps it blend with the other flavors better.
EM is to keep this recipe feeling moist and full due to using less diacetyl riddled ingredients. EM is useful in this way with dry flavors like Red Oak and Tobaccos.
Sweetener is optional usually but this recipe sorta needs it. We want this to be sweet and not too earthy considering we have Brown Sugar and Red Oak in the same recipe.
Side note: For a twist you can throw a tiny but of your prefered vendors Hazelnut flavoring in here instead of brown sugar.

Dude you're on a roll! I like how you tackle simple and complex profiles, and you do it all in your own SadPanda way. I'm waiting for my order of TFA red oak to come in. Will try and whip this up ASAP after I get back from Japan.
You Sir/Mam/Caitlyn have my sincere thanks, as every recipe of yours I've mixed results in a stellar vape. Hats/Kippas/Taqiyahs off to you!
Are these all new recipes, or ones that you've been working on for a while?
Lol, sir is acceptable...ty!
These recipes are all mixes of things we wanted to release at some point, or where contenders for our line that is out now.
The last couple I posted were newer ones we wanted to release but this one is actually an original Sad Panda recipe that did not make it into the cut of our initial product line due to the profile being pretty niche and fears of it not selling well.
Looks fun! Can't wait to mix and try after lunch. Don't have red oak though, would you say it is swappable with FA Oak Wood?
I like the sound of this! Thank you for sharing. How would you (personally) describe the scent/taste of the red oak?
I think TFA Red Oak tastes like charred wood mixed with sugar and hazelnut.
I know this is an older post, but I just want to let you know that this has become one of my favorite mixes. I mixed it, vaped it, mixed it again, and finally made a big mix of it. So thanks for an awesome recipe!
