First, I want to apologize that this has so many lesser-used flavorings in it...but it was the only way I could get the flavor I was after. My goal was a rhubarb/strawberry/raspberry/cherry pie filling crisp-type dessert(with a touch of vanilla because....vanilla completes me).

Notes:
*I wanted something to complement the Rhubarb here and 'tame' it down a little due to the inherently tart nature of Rhubarb. Raspberry and Strawberry naturally added to the sweeter aspect I wanted very well. Berries just GO with rhubarb. But I also wanted to add a bit of Cherry Koncentrate to sort of boost the tartness(the opposite of what I originally thought my palate wanted) without over-rhubarbing the mix. In other words, I wanted tartness without having too much rhubarb, which would have overtaken the whole mix. And I love cherries. Cherry Koncentrate does this better than any other INW cherry flavor available. Think 'Cherry Jolly Rancher' and you will know the flavor I was going for. I threw in the Bergamot to bridge the "gaps".
*Almond is an excellent pair for the cherry, as cherry/strawberry/raspberry pair with the rhubarb. There is a lot of pairing or "bouncing" off of other flavors going on here and I think that's why it works out so well. The percentages used account for the balance. The Cap CDS, Dutch Apple Pie, Caramel & Oatmeal Cookie all form the "crisp" with hazelnut holding them all together. I used TFA Hazelnut over FAs because to me, it tastes more authentic & nutty. The Vanilla Bourbon by INW helps in adding vanilla on the exhale along with Holy Vanilla, but also has a light coconut note that contributes to the "crisp". Erythritol finishes the recipe off perfectly, adding light sugary sweetness without overpowering the tartness of the rhubarb/cherry combination.
*What I get from this when vaping is well-balanced rhubarb + berries "pie-filling" feel with a very faint back note of a cinnamon crisp crust(almost imperceptible, as I don't like cinnamon vapes generally). Finishing out the exhale is a much lighter rhubarb, stronger cherry, and finally wayyyy at the end-light vanilla.
*I tried to make these notes as brief as possible(which is difficult due to the amount of different flavors needed). Anyway, have a great day..
hey i just recently got back into DIY and want to say thanks for this recipe. I tweaked mine slightly and I am enjoying it. I wasn't willing to commit that much percentage to Oatmeal Cookie so I removed .5% of it to do .5% CAP Sugar Cookie. Might even exchange more in future batches. This will be a fun recipe to fine tune and play with. Thanks
