I got a Nicotine River e mail and they claim "free shipping" , did not say minimum order amount either .

NR has been doing free shipping on anything under 25 pounds. Meaning you can order a gallon of VG with no shipping cost. That's a win, in my book.

You are not alone! Then, when try to hold off, your shopping cart empties and you got to remember everything you had in it. Which, I never do. Eventually I'll learn my lesson.

Just an FYI, although your cart will empty after signing out, your wish list will remain. I place items on my wish list first, then delete after adding them to the cart when I'm ready to make my order. If anything is out of stock I keep it on the wish list for next time. Hope this helps some others out there.

What happened to BCF's shipping charges? I just placed an order a few days ago and first class usps shipping was $3.31 - now i go to place an order for a handful of flavors and the lowest shipping is 'flat rate shipping' for $10.25. I emailed them to see why they changed it. This is total BS and a bummer, i will certainly only order from ecigxpress if this sticks.....

Edit: I just remembered that this has happened before. It's a glitch that comes from USPS. It will correct itself eventually

Thanks, for responding. I also got a message back from BSF "Usually when that issue occurs it is because the USPS system is down so our site can not pull in the rates. When that happens usually when you try again later the rates will come in once their servers are back up." It really stinks that it happened during the sale......
