FOTW is back!!! This week's Flavor of the Week is... MANGO!
submitted over 8 years ago by ID10-T

Because /u/chuckc342 asked what happened to it last week, I'm bringing back FOTW. He also suggested that an archive full of them would be a good resource, so I've collected them here, on the wiki, which will be updated weekly for as long as this community wants to continue to participate in FOTW. Included in that collection are older FOTW posted by moderator /u/Botboy141 and newer ones created by valued community coordinator /u/Helfrd0771, who stopped doing them because all these wonderful single-flavor reviews that were everything he hoped FOTW could be started pouring in.

You don't need me to tell you how helpful single-flavor reviews are, but they're like a laser focused on a single concentrate. Here, we're going to be more like a shotgun blast pointed in the general direction of a whole category of flavor.

As in the past, "The purpose of this thread is to gather the community to explore a flavor and its many uses." But it's also to have FUN!

Past FOTW posts aimed at one thing: collecting recipes containing each week's flavor of the week, along with development and tasting notes for those recipes. While that is still absolutely encouraged first and foremost, let's have more fun by opening up FOTW. Share recipes using the FOTW with or without notes, with the FOTW as the star or in a supporting role. Talk about other people's recipes that use it. Compare and contrast different manufacturers' versions of the FOTW. Ask for help using that flavor in general or to achieve something specific, offer advice, brainstorm ideas, consider substitutions, suggest pairings... really anything at all as long as it's on topic. And if this week's flavor doesn't interest you, take this opportunity to suggest one for next week that does (or send me a PM to do that).

This week's flavor is: MANGO

Someone posted on here a long time ago with a recipe and i found it in a thread and made it when i was really new to diy a couple months ago. It is now one of my favourite recipes so far and its quite simple. It is: 7% CAP sweet mango 3% tfa strawberry 2% cap sweet strawberry 1% tfa coconut extra

Ive made a couple hundred mls of this and have been going back and forth so I dont get tired of it. Fruit lovers should give this a go.

The brightness of those two candy-style strawberries ought to do really nice things to CAP Sweet Mango, unlike Strawberry Ripe, which seems like nearly-overripe fruit overload when mixed with CAP Sweet Mango. And coconut and mango go so well together.

3 points

by adultishgambino1over 8 years ago

Yeah this is a really good flavour the strawberry adds a nice sweetness to the mango and the coconut is very light but you can taste it in the background

by iamnotmagritteover 8 years ago

That sounds really sweet. Cap sweet mango is super fleshy and way too overripe to me. Do you get the same or do you like it as it is? Does the strawberry and coconut tone it down alot in that recipe?

This recipe isnt overpoweringly sweet it is sweet but not as if there were a sweetener in it. Its really good though

Yeah, this is mine. I stopped vaping a while ago, but still have this and a few other recipes written down. You could probably cut the sweet mango down to 5% and get the same flavor without the sweet bite.

I love mango!!! I have TFA Mango, TFA Philippine Mango,CAP Sweet Mango and LA Mango.

TFA Mango - Pretty tasty at low percentages and background note. Don't use above 4% or you will get a musky flavor.

TFA Philippine Mango - Haven't used this one much, but isn't to bad. Very lite flavor and subtle sweetness.

CAP Sweet Mango - My favorite out of the mango flavors I have tried. Very sweet (as the name suggest) and true to life mango flavor. Good at main note or at lower percentages sweet backnote. GET THIS ONE. You won't regret it.

LA Mango - Smells amazing. Unfortunately that's the best thing about it for me. For some reason when I vape it I taste metal.

So yeah in conclusion MANGO MANGO MANGO. I LOVE MANGO. Sorry got a little excited there.

Edit: Recipe

2% Mango - TFA or Sweet Mango - CAP

2% Pineapple - TFA

2% Harvest Berry - CAP

2 drops EM per 10mls

I get a little excited about mango, too, that's why I picked that one. CAP Sweet is quickly becoming my first choice as a backup to FLV Mango. I just think you have to be very judicious about using it, because too much of it tastes fruit on the cusp of rotting. TFA Mango is a good third-string for me, for bringing in that earthy quality (which is about all it has going for it) without any cloying sweetness. I haven't found a personal use for TFA Philippine yet, but I've got some of /u/CheebaSteeba's Mango Lassi steeping that uses it and am looking forward to trying that.

Thanks for the warning about LA Mango. I've got eight mango flavors and was thinking of making that one the ninth. Nice to know there's at least one I can live without.

by CheebaSteebaover 8 years agoFrugivore

I'm interested in that LA Mango too. Spoiler alert: Delosi Mango is pretty damn tasty too. I've only smelled it and tasted it in a recipe, so I need to do a solo test to really give some good feedback on it.

I really need to revisit that recipe. As good as the mangoes are in it, the yogurt is kind of off balance and I haven't wanted to spend much time single testing yogurts to see which ones I need lol

by ID10-Tover 8 years ago

Single testing yogurts doesn't sound like great time to me either, but don't you already own nearly all of them because of the Lassi?

Im desperate to get a decent tasting mango!!!! Im new to diy'ing and cannot get the flavours to taste nice or taste of anything at all!!! I have CAP Mango and TFA Mango. Mixed both from a range from 10%-20%.....i know crazy %s! Would using that little % of one flavour give me the tasty juicy mango that i desire? Current got CAP sweet mango and TFA mango mixes 2% 4% 6% 8% sitting in the cupboard praying one will at least taste amazing.

Just some of my mango thoughts and recipe examples:

I love using mango as a bridge between flavor profiles. Here is an example of one such recipe. Banana and Papaya is a pretty sharp contrast. This recipe uses CAP Sweet Mango and FA Mango in tandem to deliver the mango taste and provide that bridge. CAP Sweet was chosen because it is delicious, but it would get lost without the strong, fleshy qualities that FA Mango brings to the table. As mentioned elsewhere here, you don't want to go too high with CAP Sweet or it will come off as overripe.

CAP Sweet Mango is a nice, unassuming, sweet fruity note at low percentages (about 1%). I have to resist the urge to throw it in all of my mixes that call for a 'tropical sweetness.' I don't always resist this urge and I am not sorry.

FLV Mango (or the second coming) is what you want to vape if you just want to vape mango. As mentioned elsewhere, it can be a son of a bitch to mix with if you want serious mango. In a mix, I have not seen a better use of this concentrate that delivers an authentic mango than in /u/ID10-T 's Mango Colada. I feel that in a recipe, FLV Mango is best used with creamier flavors. The Mango Colada exemplifies this really well. However, when we are talking about mango vapes, authentic mango doesn't always have to be the goal. Instead of using some other mango with your FLV, you could try something different like cantaloupe in a Kentucy Bourbon/Toasted Marshmallow base to take advantage of those yummy top notes.

Edited: removed some pretentiousness

This was a white whale for me a LONG time and at some point I realised I've gotta stop and be happy when a recipe is good, even if it wasn't perfect.

BB-8

  • 0.25% Cardamom (FA)
  • 0.5% Coconut (Flavorah)
  • 1.0% Cream (Flavorah)
  • 4.0% Creamy Yogurt (CAP)
  • 0.2% Dragon Fruit (INAWERA)
  • 2.0% Greek Yogurt (TPA)
  • 2.0% Mango (TPA)
  • 3.5% Sweet Mango (CAP)
  • 1.0% Sweetener (Sucralose) (TPA)

I started this one almost a year ago and I've held this back for a few months because I always though it's not ready, but to hell with it. I completely enjoy it and my friends do too.

BB-8 tries very hard to be a mango lassi and tastes like the feeling you get when you watch BB-8 roll around in The Force Awakens.

Coconut/Cream/Yogurt - Lactones/cold cream/yogurt. CAP Creamy yogurt didn't have enough tang to not be Yoplait, so Greek Yogurt is there to support. It's still not very tangy but it's not supposed to be.

Mango/Sweet Mango/Dragon Fruit - percentages from /u/bigted209's "The Mango!". I lieu of INW Mango, I tried INW Dragon Fruit and that filled the top note tropical hole which TPA and CAP mangos leave behind. Nice.

Cardamom - Gotta have that cardamom. /u/CheebaSteeba says it's overpowering even at 0.0something. Someone somewhere said that that could be because of INW Mango. If you're scared of cardamom, omit it or try at ridiculously low percentages. You? You like it at 0.25% or lower.

Sweetener (Kinda optional) - TPA Sweetener is 5% sucralose, 5% maltol, and it does fit in here, because there's nothing fruity/sugary sweet in here otherwise. CAP Sweet Mango is sweet, but it's only that over-ripe thick sweetness. You need a bit of sugar. Maltol can give a bit of jammy sweetness, which doesn't bother me but I could live without it. Can be replaced with your favorite sweetener. I'm guessing CAP Super Sweet at 0.25-0.5 would be perfect.

by ID10-Tover 8 years ago

YES! This looks awesome. Thank you for sharing this with FOTW. Added to my list of recipes to try, along with adding INW Dragonfruit to my list of flavors to buy. Although, I think you could easily fill that top note tropical hole and reduce some of the TPA sweetener by subbing FLV Mango into this instead of the INW Dragonfruit (and maybe slightly reducing the TPA and CAP Sweet Mangoes accordingly).

That's three times /u/CheebaSteeba has been summoned here. Cheebs, where are you?

Thanks for the suggestion, the only reason I haven't ordered the lauded FLV mango is due to the loss of hair caused by tweaking this recipe. I think I have regained some coiffure volume to finally consider it on my next order.

by CheebaSteebaover 8 years agoFrugivore

Damn man, this looks really good, I'm gonna have to give this a go. I haven't worked on it in a while so this will be really nice, especially since it has that cardamom in there that I was shying away from. Seems like it might still be high to me, but I'll give it a go anyway, and maybe mix one up with FA Cardamom @ 0.125% too =P

3 points

by CheebaSteebaover 8 years agoFrugivore

I mixed up a mango lassi tonight, and I wonder, the mango lassi I'm familar with I don't think has cardamom in it, that could be why I'm not appreciating the cardamom aspect in a mango lassi recipe. I have had another lassi, a sweet lassi, which definitely had cardamom in it and I enjoyed that as well.

I'm curious with your experience on lassis, as my experience is very limited.

I will say on the record though that my cherimoya rabri recipe that uses cardamom I felt was a little high at 0.25% and why I brought it down to 0.125%

I know it's not necessarily mango particularly, but I think it's relevant since the combination of cardamom and mango is indeed quite delicious.

3 points

by altneuroseover 8 years ago

I've only ever tasted a lassi I've made myself so this recipe was born from that. Yogurt (not greek), milk, canned or fresh mangoes, sugar (if mangoes are not sweet or not canned in syrup) and ground cardamom. For me it's an integral part, but then again, like I wrote:

>BB-8 tries very hard to be a mango lassi

I think it would better not to compare this to the actual drink as much as to experience it as it's own recipe. Because yes, cardamom + mango = <3

2 points

by CheebaSteebaover 8 years agoFrugivore

I just realized I'm missing the INW Dragon Fruit, what does this flavoring bring to the mix?

3 points

by altneuroseover 8 years ago

It's in the notes. Can do without, but the fruity part won't be as bright. Low percentage because I'm sensitive to ethyl butyrate, which seems to be aplenty in many INW fruits.

2 points

by CheebaSteebaover 8 years agoFrugivore

Oh, my bad I didn't see that, thanks for pointing that out! Maybe I'll try the INW Mango in its place. Did you opt for the dragon fruit because you didn't have INW Mango or because you didn't want to use it?

In an attempt to kick-start the conversation:

> "DO YOU HAVE A MOMENT TO TALK ABOUT OUR LORD AND SAVIOR, FLV MANGO?"

That was me, 2 months ago, after trying that concentrate for the first time. Since then, I'm turning down the volume on my praise for FLV Mango just a bit. At the time, I'd grown a little frustrated with always having to patch several different mango concentrates together into a sort-of Franken-mango to hit all the right mango notes. And, although they were slightly off-balance, FLV's was the first to actually have all of the essential elements that a proper mango should have. What I've found since then, though, is that while this delicious flavor is a must-have for mango lovers, it still needs some support from other mango flavors in all the mixes I've tried to make. So, it's not exactly the Mango Jesus I'd hoped it would be. There are nuances in it as a standalone that are just too easily covered up by other flavors, that's part of the problem. Rather than blending in with some other flavors, its lovely sweetness and most of its bright citrusy notes just sort of sit on top while the other elements for a nice ripe mango, like tropical earthiness and the hint of an almost banana-like creaminess, just hide behind whatever.

2 points

by wh1skeyk1ngover 8 years agoThanks for reading this flair

My last 2 orders were without FLV Mango because it was out of stock both times, and I didn't feel a need to hunt it down from another vendor just to get boned on the shipping. Reading your above comment makes me OK with all that.

4 points

by ID10-Tover 8 years ago

Waiting until your favorite DIY supplier recovers from /u/kirkt buying up gallons of the stuff from Flavorah directly seems prudent, but please don't let my comment about turning down the volume of my praise overshadow the "must-have for mango lovers" part.

Part of my former frustration was due to trying to build a perfect frankenmango that would work in every mango mix. Since I've given that up and accepted that the right combination of mangoes was going to be different for every recipe, trying to figure out the right combinations is becoming part of the fun rather than a PITA. And FLV has made it much easier.

Do you have a favorite combination of mango flavors that you're using now?

2 points

by wh1skeyk1ngover 8 years agoThanks for reading this flair

Seriously, no. I'm not a die hard fan of mango, so I haven't really persued the flavor. I can say that I do enjoy it, but not enough to the point where I feel the need to spend $20-30 in mango flavorings just to get a well rounded mango taste. While I do love Flavorah, their lack of availability combined with the high price and lack of concentration kind of turns me off. Sorry FLV, but creating a false shortage along with charging 2x something like FA or INW that is just as good if not better is a piss poor marketing scheme.

2 points

by CheebaSteebaover 8 years agoFrugivore

You summed that up really well man, that's like exactly my feelings on the FLV Mango myself. I was really impressed by it but found it falling a little short for a straight mango in recipes and needed help from other mangoes to really lift it up

2 points

by ajsam3over 8 years agoDiketones, Schmiketones

I've been working with FLV mango almost exclusively for a mango sticky rice flavor and I have realized that it is too earthy as a standalone mango in the mix. I'm waiting on CAP sweet mango in my next order. After all of the rice milk base variations that haven't been working I went back and tasted FLV' s standalone and I think it needs the artificial sweetness that other mangos offer. I will report back, I've been chasing this profile for months now.

1 points

by ID10-Tover 8 years ago

That sounds like quite a project. How are you getting the rice flavor?

2 points

by ajsam3over 8 years agoDiketones, Schmiketones

Various combinations of coconuts and creams and AP, but it's definitely really hard to create the texture of that sticky rice. I've also tried using INW sesame but it's crazy strong. Thinking about a horchata flavor as well, I've heard CAP's isn't too crazy on the cinnamon so maybe there's something there.

HS Mango is bomb. Not really as a single flavor, but excellent silky juicy background note.

2 points

by ID10-Tover 8 years ago

This is exactly the kind of information (in addition to recipes) I was hoping people would share here. I was unhappy with HS Mango for being so inaccurate as a single-flavor mango, especially after seeing HS praised for being on-point with their fruits. But used that way, I imagine it could be very nice. It's so smooth, almost a smoothie flavor by itself. What % are you using it as a background note?

2 points

by ryan770over 8 years ago

Anywhere from .25% to 1%. 1% can be a bit strong to me though.

You're right about the smoothie flavor, it's definitely got a creamy feel, almost like the syrupy peach juice from a can of peaches

I've noticed a very small amount of CAP Sweet Mango can give a "baked" note to FA White Peach. I tried it with my peach cookie recipe (not a WIP anymore) where I used FA White Peach @1,5% and CAP Sweet Mango @0,25%, it was pretty tasty. YMMV of course.

2 points

by ID10-Tover 8 years ago

That is very interesting, that CAP Sweet Mango could work for FA White Peach like FA Liquid Amber and alcohol flavors do for other fruits and baked goods. Makes sense. Mango and peach flavors are similar. CAP Sweet Mango has an overripeness about it. It's not a far stretch from overripe to cooked.

2 points

by Apossiumover 8 years ago

Yeah, mango and peach aren't that far from each other. I haven't used FA Liquid Amber, but it's like that I guess. It's hard to explain, kinda adds type of ripeness where the peach has been in an oven for a while. But this is only at very low percentages; the ripeness of CAP Sweet Mango came through too much @0,5%, @1% I had trouble tasting the peach.

2 points

by redhotmonkeyluvover 8 years ago

Good observation on the similarities of mango and peach. I've found that FA Peach (regular, not white) ~0.6% layers very nicely with CAP Sweet Mango ~4.5% without tasting obviously peachy.

3 points

by Nicobeakover 8 years ago

I've been using the INW peaches with mango lately with pleasant results. The WG peach seems to mix better with the mango.

2 points

by ID10-Tover 8 years ago

Does it help CAP Sweet Mango step away from the "mango so ripe you wouldn't want to eat it" ledge?

Oh wow, I never would have really thought of using it in that manner, and I can totally see what you mean. I always found the mangoes and peaches to pair really well so I think this is a brilliant idea.

Haha, well ever since I got shackled I haven't been experimenting too much, but this inspires me to really go for it; there are a lot of good notes on mango in here. I'm gonna try and get some testing in tonight or tmw. Yogurts are just so freaking annoying.

I think it might further the discussion to link back to this FOTW thread from a year ago that also focuses on mango.

There are a lot of great recipes already posted there including this one from our very own OP, ID10-T!

3 points

by ID10-Tover 8 years ago

Oh my. I'm a little embarrassed at how amateurish some of those recipes are. What can I say? I'd been mixing for less than 8 months and I get rather exuberant about mango anything.

Another great thread to link, I think, is /u/Nicobeak's previous Mango Review Megathread.

It's quite a bit newer, so much newer that I considered not even doing Mango this week, but then I remembered that Nicobeak's thread was prior to the release of FLV Mango, which is kind of a mango game-changer, IMO. Edit: thread not threat, oops.

2 points

by ID10-Tover 8 years ago

Just to make sure we're clear, I'm only talking about my recipes in that old Mango FOTW thread, nobody else's. I guess they look "not too bad" on paper, but I know they all need some major fine-tuning. Better ingredients, first of all. Better balance. Not throwing Cotton Candy and Sour and Vanilla Swirl around willy-nilly without knowing what I was doing. Imagine you're a carpenter but you don't really have any natural talent. Instead, you've gone through two years of carpentry school. You're a pretty decent carpenter after all of that training. Now someone makes you look at the stuff you built after just one semester. Would you not feel a little embarrassed about the work you did as an amateur?

Yeah, I freaking love mango.

Have a perfect recipe with it:

Tropical Sunrise (70/30)

TFA Coconut Extra 2.5%

TFA Mango 4%

TFA Pineapple 3%

Koolada to your taste, I use 0.8%

You may also add 1% of TFA Smooth, this one is pretty much shake and vape, but it gets better in few days. I usually let it rest for at least a night.

It has a pineapple inhale and a strong cool mango exhale with a hint of coconut.

Always good to have an eyeball shake n vape to fall back on!

FlavourArt Mango 10%? Did you mean TFA/TPA Mango?

If you did mean FA Mango, that's the highest % I've ever seen it used. Not to say it isn't terrific... There have been a number of other times when I thought a flavor % looked bizarrely high and it turned out great. I've just never thought to try it above 4% and generally keep it in the 0.5 to 2% range. If it is FA Mango, what kind of equipment are you putting that into?

2 points

by gnarlycharlie4uover 8 years ago

Sorry I did mean TFA. I usually drip on my RX200 with a Mutation X v4 @ around 77w with 2 dual wrapped coils, 8 wraps each = 16 total wraps in parallel per side.

I knew you were the right man for the job. Lively conversation about flavors is your specialty.

Rita's Mango Custard

Ingredient|% :---|---: Mango (Flavorah)|6 Vanilla Bean Ice Cream (TPA)|4 Banana Cream (TPA)|1 Banana Cream (LA)|1 Orange Cream (TPA)|0.5

I can't recall having anything this sweet that didn't actually have sweetener. The Mango is round and ripe and in your face from inhale to exhale. The creams manage to be heavy and yet stay in the background where they belong, letting the succulent FLV Mango be the star that it's meant to be.

I think you should definitely post this in the monthly thread so more people can be exposed to it. The revised version we discussed offered a more complete mango, but the original seems to focus on all the best bits of the mango. But that's just my impression, I'm sure you'll make several more changes before you're completely satisfied.

Maybe a version that meets this one and the previous revised version halfway? Bring the FLV down just 1% and replace that with 1% each CAP Sweet and TFA Mango? Or cut out the TFA Banana Cream and try some of that silky HS Mango in here? I'm so pleased to have created your favorite mango recipe, but it's definitely still a WIP for me.

INW mango tastes like when you slice a part of an underripe mango, get a small piece of the seed on it, and eat it all with the skin left on. Very dry mouthfeel, not succulent at all. I use it at about 0.5% primarily when I need to add a little bit of earthiness to other tropical fruits, or tone down their 'wetness' for a lack of better word.

Cap Sweet Mango taste like an overripe mango with a small brown spots on it and when the skin just slips right off. Slightly perfumey, and has a very wet mouthfeel to it. I have yet to find a really good use case for it, but I reckon it could help boost other mangos or maybe at some wetness to a juice when you for some reason don't want to use INW Cactus.

> when you slice a part of an underripe mango, get a small piece of the seed on it, and eat it all with the skin left on.

I recommend not doing that.

Your description of INW Mango seems perfect to me. Very disappointed in that one compared to their other flavors and other mango flavors. Why, INW? Why is it so DRY?

Your CAP Sweet description comes close to mine as well. I've described TFA Strawberry Ripe as a strawberry that's so mushily overripe that you weren't quite sure you wanted to eat it, but were glad you did. CAP Sweet Mango is the same thing, but without the gladness. However, I've found it to be very useful for filling out other mangoes. I think the trick is to use it carefully. In my two most recent recipes using it, one was at 1.75% and one was at 0.75%. In both cases, it gave some backbone to FLV Mango without bringing any of its unique type of grossness along.

My most recent attempts with mango are:

Mango Orange Cream

  • Mango (HS) 5.00%
  • Mango (FA) 1.00%
  • Mango (SC) 2.00%
  • Orange Cream (TFA) 3.00%
  • Peach WG (INW) 2.00%

Mango Peach Yogurt

  • Mango (HS) 6.00%
  • Peach (INW) 2.00%
  • Greek Yogurt (FLV) 2.00%
  • Mango (FA) 2.00%
  • Orange Cream (TFA) 2.00%

Jury is still out on both, but both are pretty tasty so far. I like the INW WG Peach better than the regular INW Peach for mixing with mango.

Thanks! How long are you steeping that Mango Peach Yogurt and how much/how quickly does the SC Mango fade out?

2 points

by Nicobeakover 8 years ago

It has been sitting for 2 weeks. I backed the SC with a lot of other stuff bc I expected it to fall away. I think the combo of orange and peach have helped keep some of those tasty aspects of the SC (not to mention the 6% HS). The sharp/bright stuff is gone, but I didn't think it would stick around, especially with the yogurt flavor.

One thing about this one: It's good when vaped, but I do not like the way that the yogurt smells in a room. I feel bad for anyone around me when I am vaping it. I may just be sensitive to it though, bc when I ask people if they smell sour milk they say no. But if I blow out a cloud and walk through it, I don't find the smell pleasant.

I love Mango, but only have TFA Mango and CAP Sweet Mango

I find TFA Mango mixes nicely with TFA Banana Ripe at 5% mango & 2% Banana Ripe. A good building block to start from.

I do like Cap Sweet Mango, but agree it's a bit over ripe. I think it might also fade a bit over time, but more testing needed.

HEADS UP - Jungle Flavors has a mango flavor that should be arriving soon at my house. Excited to try it out and report results. Anyone tried it yet?

FOTW is a great idea BTW. Good job ID10-T.

Thank you.

I didn't care all that much for JF Mango. It's not bad, I just found it to be inaccurate in a candy-like way and also to become awful at a fairly low %. But, if all you have is TFA and CAP Sweet, it could be a very welcome addition for the top notes those lack. Try something like 5% TFA, 2.5% CAP, 1% JF.

Thanks for the reply and helpful info.

Just disappointed that you didn't introduce me to your Lord and Savior. lol

Well, if you're able to find FLV Mango (apparently it's sold out everywhere) you won't care about JF's anymore, and CAP and TFA's will just be backups. But I thought I might offer some assistance with the flavor you have on the way.

By the way, if you don't like JF's Mango, don't let that turn you off of JF flavors overall. It's one of their older flavors. Others, like JF Sweet Strawberry, are new formulations under new ownership.

Is it strange that I now want to make a mango chicken recipe?

by ID10-Tover 8 years ago

You mean actual poultry to eat, not a mango chicken flavored e-juice recipe. Yes? Please say yes.

Nope. Mango chicken flavoured ejuice

Well, FA has some chicken flavors and I can't think of a better use for them than mango chicken, my favorite chicken dish. I say go for it!

It's weird AF but weird and wonderful are far from mutually exclusive.

Ingredient|% :---|---: Greek Yogurt (TPA)|4 Mango Guava (FW)|5 Strawberry (FW)|6

No idea how good that would taste to me because I haven't tried either of the FW flavors or done much with my TPA Greek Yogurt, but the idea of Mango-Guava-Berry Yogurt certainly sounds great. I'm going to make Yogurt the FOTW next week.

its bomb. fw strawberry is pretty worthless imo but god forbid some reason is works excellently in this formula. there was a point in time i vaped this like a month straight.

This is why I won't even throw out my TFA Honey and FA Pineapple. You never know when you might find a use for even the most seemingly useless flavors, and recipes that use them are good to share because somebody else probably has them and doesn't know what to do with them.

THANK YOU for putting together that wiki info. Just a couple of days ago the wiki page was created; now it is populated and properly formatted to boot. I really appreciate you running with this - muchas gracias.

You're welcome! Thank you for the creating the wiki page. I'm very far from being among the best and most experienced mixers in talent and knowledge but I eat, sleep, breathe (mostly breathe), live, and love DIY and appreciate the opportunity to do something for the community.

Awesome timing! I've been lurking here a long time, but just about to place my first 'real' order for flavourings. Since I'm not super creative, I dropped in thinking I'd just buy some stuff to make flavours people suggest for FOTW only to find it gone. And as luck would have it, I love Mango!

Thanks to you both!
