Got a bunch of flavors but not sure how to make them work together? Post your list here, and our team of semi-professional mixologists will make suggestions for you! If you are impatient and want to do this on your own, here are a couple of good links:
- /u/daath has a nice website that has this functionality, but you will need to register to make it work. It is not very intuitive but if you work with it you can input your flavors and get a list of recipes that you can make. IMO this is the better site if you have the patience to make it work for you. Edit2: to get this to work, first set up an account. Then add your flavors to the stash (under my page / my flavor stash). hit save. Then go back to the front page and click the link next to the search field, "Search by flavor stash". You can select a couple of your flavors and recipes that have those will pop up.
- This site has a nice big search button with just what you're looking for.
Happy Mixing!
All of these are TFA, as you might conclude, I have a thing for creams/desserts
- Banana Nut Bread Flavor
- Bavarian Cream Flavor
- Brown Sugar Flavor
- Caramel (Original) Flavor
- Cheesecake (Graham Crust)
- Cheesecake Flavor
- French Vanilla Creme
- Pineapple Flavor
- Vanilla Custard Flavor
- Vanilla Swirl Flavor
CBNC-1
- Vanilla Custard 3.5 (I'm not familiar with TFA, only CAP)
- Cheesecake (Graham Crust) .5 (I only taste the Graham Crust from this flavor)
- Banana Nut Bread 1 (No experience with this flavor, total guess, 1% should be "safe", flavor-wise should go well with custard and graham crust)
- Caramel (Original) .75 -- (No experience with this flavor, total guess, .75 should be safe but should add a nice flavor that draws together custard, graham, banana nut bread)
You could go more complicated (+tiny bit of brown sugar,-graham crust/+tiny bit of bevarian cream,-tiny bit of custard), but the less confident you are with your ingredients, the less risks you should take.
Find your base flavors and start with those, this sort of mixing works well for bakeries. Ex. Vanilla Custard. Then split them up into more complicated versions of themselves. (Think second evolution pokemon (I know I'm dumb))
Vanilla Custard 5
vvv
Vanilla Custard 4.5, Cheesecake .5
vvvvv
Vanilla Custard 4.2, Cheesecake .4, Bavarian Cream .4
Marvelous advice. Cant wait to try it! (totes got your idea of pokemon evolution, getting slightly more complex)
Just don't overwhelm yourself, find the flavors that can stand on their own.
Probably Banana Nut Bread, ....maybe Caramel, Cheesecake, Pineapple, Vanilla Custard.
Then build outward from each one making new flavors each time. That's how I build my bakeries/creams.
Usually doesn't work as well for fruits/sweets.
Yeah that's my bread and butter as well. I'm sorta antifruit. I do have inw cactus though
Just put the order in for my first set of flavours. /u/goldfish18 was kind enough to provide me with a couple of recipes that need a week of steeping, but suggested I need a shake n bake recipe. Flavours below:
TPA Bavarian Cream
TPA Strawberry Ripe
CAP New York Cheesecake
TPA Strawberry
TPA Dragonfruit
CAP Vanilla Custard (V1)
CAP Sweet Strawberry
TPA Sweet Cream
CAP Cinnamon Danish Swirl (V2)
TPA Blueberry Wild
TPA Acai
FA Fuji Apple
If really necessary I can order some more.
Shake and bake baby, shake and bake! Stick with fruits for shake and vape. Strawberry ripe 4%, strawberry 2%, dragon fruit 0.5-1%, and Fuji 0.5-1%. That should be decent enough.
No I meant shake n bake. As in how do I turn these ingredients into delicious breaded chicken.
Ha thanks again bud I'll try that one out.
Got a few left over fruits that I'd love to put to use.
All TFA
Mango
Coconut & Coconut Extra
Dragonfruit
Pineapple
Blueberry
Raspberry
Apricot
Haven't found anything that looks decent using Apricot, so it's just been sitting there for a few months.
What flavors do you have to mix them with?
Here's my stash, Some are running a little low though. http://e-liquid-recipes.com/publicstash/32922
e: I'm out of Fuji, a lot of recipes I've seen that looked good called for that, so it's on my shopping list for renewal.
You have the ingredients to use your Dragonfruit to make this: Mother of Dragons' Milk. Let it steep for a week.
I'm not sure how much help I can give you with the others with your flavor stash, but I noticed you have banana cream and lots of strawberries and creams. Apricot makes a really nice addition to banana cream and strawberries and cream flavors. Try adding 1% of it to your favorite Strawberries & Cream recipe or Banana Cream recipe.
New to DIY got my first starter kit from VapourDepot which came with 5 flavours and they are Rainbow Candy, Cookie Dough, Berry Treat, Grappler and Sticky Toffee which a premixed VG and nic mixture and PG. What do you recommend I make and mix up, I am willing to buy more flavours if it's needed. Thank you 🙂
