This is my strawberries and cream, there are many like it, but this one is mine.

I just wanted to share the first recipe I've ever created that I've actually found better than most and has become one of my two ADVs.

It takes inspiration from several famous recipes:

  • cliche which I found a bit overflavored and I also didn't like the VBIC. I did however find the raspberry sweet a genius element for this type of flavor profile.

  • HICs Lemon Meringue Pie and his flavor notes

  • A comment by AWWsteve describing a recipe similiar to phantom.io predator (my previous s&c ADV)

No name for the recipe, but here it is anyways

  • Strawberry (Ripe) (TFA): 6%

  • Raspberry (Sweet) (TFA): 1.5% (can be toned down to 1% or upped to 2% depending if you just want to boost the strawberry flavor or bring out the raspberry taste)

  • Custard (FA): 2%: One of the best bases for creamy fruit vapes IMHO

  • Meringue (FA): 1% some extra consistency and sweetness

  • Marshmallow (FA): 1% some extra sweetness and gives it a more milky profile. Can be substituted with Fresh Cream (FA) if you want a creamier rather than milkier vape, and something a bit less sweet.

Tons of people have tested it and loved it, and one thing I loved about Cliche was that even people who have trouble tasting strawberry enjoy it because of the added raspberry sweet. I just found the original recipe too over flavored for my tastes.

The other ingredients substitute de VBIC, in my opinion they blend better and give a milkier sweeter vape.

This recipe has a light flavor profile suitable for any occasion. It's probably the first recipe I've created that I really really enjoy.

If you guys have any suggestions to improve it, they are more than welcome!

Couldn't help but read this in a gruff marines voice. Recipe looks tasty buddy.

Yeah, I don't likeTFA VBIC either. I was actually really taken aback when cliche did so well, simply because it was just thrown together in an attempt to make a sort of unique strawberry cream.

The recipe looks great, by the way

I'd suggest dropping marshmallow to 0.25%-0.50%, 1% is usually a bit muting for me. Otherwise looks good. If you're looking for a bit more dairy and heavier cream note, throwing in a little FA Fresh Cream would help (there are many ways to do this but this is probably the least intrusive and so an easy recommendation. Goes quite well with FA Custard).

Thanks! I'll have to try that.

I've substituted the marshmallow with fresh cream, it tones down the sweetness and makes it creamier. But I haven't tried them together for this recipe.

I'm going to try a batch with .5% marshmallow + .5% fresh cream and work from there.

I mostly went with marshmallow because I wanted added texture.

Yeah, from experience you have to be a bit patient with fresh cream. Freshly mixed it will be a tiny bit muting/obtrusive, after a few days/week it gets the subtly milkiness and tones down a bit, allowing the sweetness to come through again.

That said, 0.50% sounds good and what I would use as a first tester. You can always try a smidgen like ~ 0.25% as well, it will still have a subtle but noticeable change.

Looks awesome! I never would have thought custard would be good as a cream in a fruit vape. I do love that flavor though, it smells absolutely amazing also.

I got the idea from HIC's flavor notes

Relevant section (though there is more to it, the notes are quite detailed):

> FA Custard is a true basic custard flavor, not goopy vanilla pudding. Custard is made by cooking egg yolks, sugar, milk/cream, a little vanilla, and often a little lemon zest, into a thickened cream. FlavourArt is an Italian company, so they've included the light vanilla and lemon zest flavor as an Italian chef likely would. This is a bright, sweet, lightly creamy flavor.

> So what to do with it? Some people enjoy it plain, anywhere from 2-5%, for the authentic flavor of real homemade custard (which does not taste like Jello instant vanilla pudding). Italians include custard in lots of desserts, so I take my ideas from real recipes. Here are my main uses:

> Pour Custard over your favorite fruits. If you enjoy vaping fresh fruit flavors, you need this flavor. It works perfectly with all of FA's fruit flavors to add sweet, creamy, bright flavor. Try your favorite fruit(s) with a hint of (1%) Custard for the simplest Italian dessert.

Great recipe but personally sounds a little too light for my taste.

Rassberry is strong and so is custard. If you have them laying around make it. I did after reading and shake and vape is good. Gonna check back in it this weekend

This looks great. Similar to my ADV, but different enough that I vape it when I want to change things up a bit. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for the share may i know the base ? Is it PG 30 VG 70 ?

Yeah I'm using VG 70 / PG 30 but honestly you can use it with different bases. It's not overly strong so in a higher PG base it won't be pungent.

Glad you liked it! I'm actually loving it. The raspberry seems to bring out the strawberry a lot more, even after a long steep where the strawberry normally fades (just tried my one month steep and it still tastes like strawberry just with creamier tones)

I have a similar recipe of my own and I have but one thing to say...

Try adding 0.5% of Vanilla and <0.5% Bubblegum.

A bit of steep tho, 3-4 days.
