If you're a fine of pineapple, definitely check out FLV Pineapple. Many times better than every other pineapple I've tried.

How so? Compared to TFA Pineapple and CAP Golden Pineapple, I mean. I love pineapple, but I've been just a little disappointed with my mixes so far.

It's basically like a much fresher, brighter, cleaner and fuller tasting CAP Golden Pineapple. You can also push it up decently high considering it isn't as floral as I'm used to pineapples being. It makes it somewhat more difficult to incorporate into complex fruity mixes because its can be quite "loud", but if you're building around a pineapple flavor or just pairing it with one other fruit it really excels. It wants to be front in center, it doesn't work as an accent from the limited use of it I've had.

It's akin to just eating really fresh pineapple. Not canned pineapple or pineapple juice. It sits prominently as a front note and isn't easily lost in mixes. Great candidate for dessert flavors as it holds up well no matter much you layer on top of it.

Has anyone shared the good news of our lord and savior HS Pineapple with you yet?

No, they haven't! I must buy more flavorings in order to more fully worship our lord.

I picked pineapple up a couple weeks ago and made a test, but haven't tried it. Thanks for reminding me!

No problem! Let me know what percentage you made and your thoughts, I'm trying to iron out what range I think it works best at in different applications.

I've been waiting impatiently for the toffee to come in stock. I saw some ones I wanted come in so then I go and place an order and what happens after it shipped? Toffee comes in stock!

Fiiine. Take it.

The sweet dough and fried dough have also piqued my interest.

2 out of the 3 I want are on backorder. Mango and Soursop. I've been waiting quite a while. By the time they're in, the 3rd will be on back order. Sux to be me.

I really wish they had that "notify me when this is in stock" option

I seen that. Isn't Soursop another name for Guanabanana? I have the Guanabanana and love it. I'm just curious what Soursop will be like.

> Guanabanana

I've always just known it as Soursop, but a quick wiki search said, among others, graviola and guanabana.

As a kid, I mainly had it as a drink, and just found a recipe that could easily turn into an ejuice

  • 1 ripe Soursop (Guanabana)
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 tsp grated Nutmeg
  • 2 Tbsp fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla extract

2 names for the same fruit.

That's what I was saying. Flavorah already has Guanabanana. But, they also have Soursop, which I thought was the same thing. Just curious what the difference will be.

What does it taste like?

Wow, I thought the rich cinnamon was expensive. The pricing for that alpine strawberry is pretty hefty :(

Jesus. That's a bit out of control. I don't care how strong it is.

It's still cheaper than MF. But, I definitely understand not wanting to pay that price.

What % have you tried it at?

by jdrocker77about 9 years agoDiketones, Schmiketones

I'm not sure where to start? Usually these expensive ones are super concentrated. I was just gonna start at 1% and go from there

Thanx for sharing. Nice sounding flavors, but $17 for 15ml of Alpine Strawberry. F'me, those are some spendy concentrates.

$68.50 for the 4oz

After I get through the 200 flavors I have and the 30 I keep ordering every 6wks or so, I'll get on this one. Phew!

by tranceinateabout 9 years agoIn a good mood for now - don't piss me off.

I can't wait to drop my next $250 wholesale order($500+ retail) on 60 something new flavours when they're all finally released, ugggh.

Good luck getting them all at once. They've sent me two packages since 8/8 from my wholesale order and that's about 75% of what I ordered. I'm not complaining, though. I'm actually a little surprised they were willing to pay for shipping at least 3 times just to get something in my hands. Now I need to figure out where to start with 30+ new flavors to test...

edit: Here's where I started (for the curious)

Yeah, this was my 3rd package. I think it's pretty cool their willing to do that. I hadn't checked my email for a couple days, so it was a nice surprise to come home to.

I already had a lot of testing to do. I'm gonna have to put some of these to the front of the line. I'm definitely putting Alpine Strawberry and Apple Cider. to the front

Definitely want to find out if it's worth the price tag for the Alpine.

I'm also way behind on my flavor testing. Sitting on over a dozen single flavor bottles all mixed up and waiting for me to spend some time with them and then--oh look, new flavors... better mix up some more testers. Sigh.

I was checking their website again and realized that a lot of them are back ordered. I'm glad I bought them when they still being developed.

Somehow I knew I would hear about your wholesale account. lol! I should apply for one. Just don't know if I go through enough to justify it.
