Looking for a sweet orange flavor

As the title says, I'd like to get a sweet orange flavor to compliment strawberry (FA). I'm just not sure where to start between all of the oranges, tangerines, and mandarins.

Suggestions?

I absolutely love FW Blood orange (granted it's the only orange flavor I have so far). It's not a candy orange flavor to me. Seems pretty darn close to a realistic nicely ripe juicey orange to me.

I'm a fan of blood orange as well. It doesn't have any of the bitter off notes that I have experienced in other Orange flavors, and like you said is a pretty good representation of a juicy orange.

TPA Orange Cream is a rounded flavour that works well with Strawberry but also imparts a mild milky/cream note.

FW Ecto Cooler is a tart, bitey orange very much on the fresh side but absolutely singing with citrus.

TPA Sweet Tangerine works well but is a tad too far into the tangerine camp rather than Orange.

CAP Orange and Mango also works well with Strawberry. Little mango in it, but what is there helps round out the tartness of the orange.

A combination of CAP Sweet Tangerine and CAP Juicy Orange makes a nice sweet orange juice flavor as well.

Not having access to FW Blood Orange, this is the closest I've gotten to a fresh squeezed orange. I terribly regret investing in FA's versions, I get nothing but burnt zest from them. Albeit slightly weak in flavor, CAP really nailed these.

I'm a little late, but I went with FW Blood orange for now since it was the general consensus here for being the closest to a juicy orange flavor. I'll definitely try out CAP orange and/or tangerine next time I order.

If you don't mind the cream note, cap orange creamsicle is pretty good.

Don't bother with FA Orange nor FA Mandarin, neither are sweet and juicy enough. FA Orange is zesty and tart, but harsh and a bit rind-y. FA Mandarin is the citrus version of TFA Dragonfruit, it kind of mutes and is like a watered down version of orange, with a bit of wax added.

FA Orange taste identical to a Sunkist Orange soda to me , i mean it's dead on .

Odd, I do find Fa Orange a tad rindy, but mixed at 5% w/max vg.. it was honestly sickly sweet, bright but not juicy, lightly rindy, ripe Orange. But taste being subjective and all...

Edit; although I may add 5% might of been too high and it was very early into my diy venture..

Highest I went with it is around 4.2% and it did taste as you describe, but the harshness was just too much for me. It is a good flavour, but it really needs another juicier orange flavour to complement it in the mix and to lose the rough edges.

Ahh, I get what cha mean. It does lack depth and body on its own, for sure. As for harshness, I've only ever got that from Fuji Apple and juicy peach, a few others, but I can't recall.

I find FA Orange overpowering at 2%. Borderline noxious. FA Mandarin is a preferable FA offering.

FW Blood Orange is king. CAP Sweet Tangerine is also pretty amazing around 3-4% Mix of the 2 is pretty outstanding.

All oranges are pretty harsh and something about them is just not right.

I think the best attempt would be Sweet Tangerine CAP or Orange FW

another +1 for FW Blood Orange tasting amazing, but it's really harsh on my throat.
