Turkish by Flavor Express
submitted about 9 years ago by T_MaceTobacconist
For my tobacco heads..
Specs:
- 1 month steep
- percentage used: 1, 3, 6%
- PG/VG ratio: 30/70
- vaped on Derringer RDA, 1 ohm coil, 12-15 watts
Flavor Properties:
- dark
- dry
- not spicy or sweet
Relatable Flavors:
- dried wood
- dry nutty taste but I can also smell faint peanut which I don't taste
- slight chocolate (think of the smell of powdered chocolate for chocolate milk)
- hint of maple sugar on the exhale but not sweet
Mouth Feel:
- medium density
Off Flavors:
- none
Position In A Recipe:
- could add depth to a tobacco base
Pairings:
- other tobaccos (mixes well with Flavorah's Kentucky Blend)
- chocolate
- taffy
- nuts
- coffee/espresso
Conclusion:
- good for use in a base
- not a standalone but it will definitely have it's place in a mix
Suggested Percentage:
- 3-6%

Nice simple review Mace. Would you compare this as similar to INW Garuda Absolute?
Thanks.
I wouldn't really liken it to Garuda. Turkish lacks the leafy taste that Garuda has.
