I use TFA Coconut, never tried Extra. I've heard Extra is 3 to 4 times strong, so I've used 1 to 2% TFA Coconut to sub for Coconut Extra found in recipes at 0.25 to 0.5% and never felt like it was too much or too little. And people have used 0.25% TFA Coconut Extra or less to sub for the 1% TFA Coconut or less found in my recipes and reported good results.

Just start low and see what works. Do 1.2x, 1.3x, 1.4x etc. I would probably start at 1.5x the amount and see what that did so I could know which direction to go. I've never tried the regular coconut so I can't give an exact number but nobody else was posting for you.

Extra is about 3 to 4 times as strong as ID10-T has said.
