E-Juice with Eucalyptus?
submitted about 9 years ago by Austyx

Hello, I'm new to vaping but I very much using Eucalyptus Oil as a Soothing Vapor and Aroma Therapy. My understanding is that it can be used, but must be highly diluted.

Are there any vendors that have figured out the correct balance and are selling the juice?

Also, I'm very much in the market for non-nicotine ejuice that may have some slight affects on mood such as one that may be made from Damiana or Kava Kava.

Any insight anyone can offer would be greatly appreciated!

The properties of those things do not translate to vaping. You cannot vape essential oils, and anything with eucalyptus is just the flavor. There are no mood calming effects this way.

That is an old post, which I feel is way too permissive on the subject. I hope it gets replaced with a portion of the new beginners guide being developed.

The science on essential oils not containing oil is far more solid than that indicating eucalyptus has any impact on your psychological state or well being beyond the emotive connection to a familiar scent.

The first can, and has been proven with spectrography, and practically guaranteed given the extraction process, the second is anecdotal and essentially disproved.

Never tried Molin Berry so I can't vouch for it. I have tried INW and it's awesome. I vape it whenever I want to cleanse my palate or clear my throat/sinus.

I'll chime in with my love for Eucalyptus w/ Mint. Just an amazing set it and forget it flavor. A couple drops in the fruit or whatever of your choice and you're good to go.

I feel kind of bad that my 10ml bottle is possibly a lifetime supply considering how strong it is.

I definitely second this. The flavor is really good at refreshing the palate at a 2-3% stand alone mix. The flavor is unique enough to stand on its own as well.

You could do an extraction with pg , works with spearmint / peppermint / tobacco and most herbs used in a kitchen.

Healtgwise who knows but it would be childs play to do.

Ground up eucalyptus , add some pg. Heat that up a bit. Put it in a closet dor a week. Filter it and boom tou have concentrate

Do NOT vape oils at any concentration, it's dangerous for your health.

Various companies have different Eucalyptus flavourings, I have one myself and it's very strong (they all tend to be). Just started doing the experimenting so can't say much.

Yes, I have avoided doing so. I just wonder if any of the theraputic properties of these oils could be transferred into the Liquid somehow, like the Eucalyptus for example. Does it seems to help clear out your breathing at all?

Well I have heard that many people tend to mix unflavoured liquids with a hint of mint or eucalyptus when they are sick, and they report it's doing good for them.

Considering mint gets some of it's properties from the smell, if we assume that the flavour has successfully recreated that, sure why not. With that said, you are inhaling nicotine vapour, and I'm sure an actual cup of mint tea would be much better for that occasion (after all the vapour is irritating).

I can definitely confirm that it is a strong kick, and if desired you could achieve a nice menthol relieving effect, feel free to experiment. While vaping for now proves to be healthier than smoking, it's still a habit that you're probably better off without in the long run (from a completely mathematical point of view). I've seen this website promoting illness relieves by adding vitamins to the eliquid. This is outright dangerous and those people should be in jail. You're not going to get your vape to "be healthy", and putting some certain stuff in it will make it outright dangerous.
