First Bottle, Thank You!
submitted about 9 years ago by _Gravitas_

Just finished tasting my first DIY bottle. I made Kriga's "Deadly Sin" recipe and it tastes Great! Spent a while lurking, and reading all of the sidebar, so thank you to this community, for teaching me to make cheap ass, great tasting juice! I'm going to attempt EWS's "Castle Long Clone V2" next. Castle Long for $3 a bottle is ridiculous.

Glad to hear your first attempt at DIY was successful. Welcome to this awesome hobby. Be careful or it might take over your life lol.

You'll love the castle long clone. It's pretty much bang on.

Congrats Back! It's a lot of fun, like cooking without calories.

Congrats on the first bottle. That's a good feeling for sure.

That being said, posts like this really aren't meant to have their own thread so don't get salty if it gets removed. I'm resisting the urge to go full-Abdada mode and call you out for shit posting. It's difficult.

Thanks. I didn't see anything against it in the rules, but I won't be upset if it gets removed. I really just wanted to say thanks to whoever took the time to gather all that information on the sidebar, and express excitement for doing this new thing. I think posts like this are good for other new people, who might be nervous about trying to DIY. They see other people be successful and it gives them encouragement.

There's a thread like this almost every day. It's nothing personal, we just rather not clutter it with insignificant posts.

Thanks for coming back a week later just in case I forgot you, or this post, existed... because I did.

After awhile, the 'thank you' threads really start to get old. You are aware there is a PM function, right? You could have PMed Kriga instead of opening a new thread.

Yeh, don't worry about it. I was thanking the friendly part of the community.

That's fine and dandy, but the other 97% are forced to skim through and passed the endless flood of: what can i make, where can i get this, do that for me, find me this, and lastly, thank you's.

I'm happy you're having a good experience with mixing, but this is so closely akin to a hand check, it should be some sort of rule these posts get deleted.

The entire purpose of this thread was to stroke one person's ego temporarily. Which, as stated previously, could have been done in a pm.

Give the OP a break. There's enough BS going on with vaping right now, the last thing we need is to start being obnoxious to those trying to learn and trying to say thank you.

Christ. Unreal attitude with some of you on this sub. The extent that you're getting offended and salty over this is laughable.

Relax.

You mad? If you don't like it, don't read my comments.

Me? Wtf, piss off. Nothing that I said was even remotely wrong. It's all facts based on the numerous dickholes that frequent this subreddit and think they're above everyone.

We even get to find out what he is making next. What a bonus
