Mouth Feel - Fairly harsh, which is odd because I don't get too much of cinnamon. Definitely need some cream to smoothen it out.

Flavor Properties- Slight cinnamon, doughy, flaky

Relatable Flavors - Personally doesn't taste like a real life churro, this flavor needs a lot of help before it can truly be called a churro

Off Flavors - Slight chemical taste to it, harsh on the throat and nose

Position In The Recipe - This is definitely a base flavour. Use it at 5-6% in your recipes but be sure to use other flavorings to help accomplish the fried, cinnamon aspect.

Pairings - bakeries, tobacco, creams, coffee

End notes - Overall don't feel like this is a very solid flavor. It needs a lot of help to make it work.

This brand usually needs high percentages, not just this flavour. Also two days of steeping is far away from the time needed.

Just a heads up if you didn't know.. FW Cinnamon Churro is said to contain sugar syrup according to BCV's website. I bought a bottle before I realized is contained sugar syrup, tried it once and tossed it right in the trash afterwards.

A longer steep time is needed with this flavour. Initially (to me) it had a strong cinnamon taste, but after about 5 days it calmed down.

There is a good doughy element to the flavour, but I have never had churros before, so can't say if accurate.

Used at under 2.6% to give a cinnamon dough effect.

Moved away from this flavour due to fructose.

Interesting, I have a bottle steeping right now so I'll try vaping it again after a week. It smells amazing, just has an odd chemical taste when vaped.

I attributed that weird taste to the cinnamon, as it does taste odd initially. I wouldn't vape the flavour alone, but it seems to work OK in a mix (I did use it in an Apple Pie mix).

The doughiness comes out more after a decent steep.

This flavor needs a lot more pecentage at its own, starting at least at 15%, and two days it is almost no steeping time. Give it at least 2 weeks.

This at 1-2% when added to Cinnamon Danish Swirl really rounds out the flavors nicely. Kind of fills in the gaps so to say.
