I have 2 0.5L nicotine bases (3mg, 70%VG, 30%PG) in open-mouthed bottles. I have empty, used 30mL squeeze bottles. Assuming I don't care about taste or not getting a little bit of residual flavors, could I just squeeze the little bottles, tilt the base a little bit, and suck the liquid up into my little plastic bottles, cap it up, and not worry about nic for the rest of the day?
I'm a grad student working a part time job and I'm running low on flavored, prepared stuff, running low on cash, and LOL @ free time.
From the standpoint of simply transferring liquid from one place to another, you could use any number of things that would be free or less than a couple of euros, including disposable plastic pipettes, blunt-tipped syringes, etc... You're a grad student. Go make friends in the chemistry or pharmacy program. Also, if possible, find a few other vapers on campus to learn and share with. :)
At 3mg base, the same attention to detail isn't quite as important as it would be if you were handling higher strength solutions like 100mg nic, I imagine. Wear latex/nitrile gloves and eye protection when you're doing nicotine-based fluid transfers, normal precautions for working with any irritant.
I appreciate that you prefer flavored juices and are just trying to figure out what you can make work. Most flavorings are actually quite inexpensive (as low as one euro), and there's nothing wrong with single-flavor mixes, especially if you use this as a stepping-stone into DIY and learn here more about how to make flavor notes that can be useful in the future, which is really more along the lines of what this sub is all about. Some flavorings are likely available at a baking supply store (the flavorings we use are originally for food use -- think cakes and candies), but I'd be hesitant to choose one without doing your ingredient research or talking with someone more knowledgeable than I am about European brands and flavorings.
Yeah, you could do that. If I were you I'd get another bottle though, a 100ml bottle with a rather narrow tip, and pour the base into that before transferring to the small bottles. Otherwise the bottles might not suck up all the base, and you'd only get half a bottle full each time you refill. The tip of the 100ml bottle should be narrow enough to fit into your smaller bottles if you remove their tips.

If time and money is of the essence, but you still want flavor, you could still order a flavor or ready made concentrate, and eyeball it. 10% flavoring is pretty easy to eyeball.
Thank you for being the only reasonable person here. These are exactly the answers to the questions I was asking and I don't really think they were unreasonable. It was literally just: "would it be the absolute worst?" and "is this a good way of doing it?"
I do plan on looking for a cheap vendor for those bottles, but I'm in Norway, so I'd have to find something at least in the EU to make shipping reasonable. And I do plan on adding flavor... It probably wouldn't take that long or cost that much, if I could find the right vendor, but the issue is figuring out which bottles to use to mix and store.

Fasttech (the link i posted) offer free shipping if you're willing to wait up to a month to receive them. Not sure how long you want to wait, but just thought I'd mention it. Otherwise you might be able to find just a cap with a similar tip that will fit your bottles. In that case your best bet is to check beauty or craft webshops.
If you're careful, just take the tip off the squeeze bottles and you can pour right in.
I can't take the tip off of these bottles afaik... It's the ones from VapeWild if you're familiar.
Get something like these. I got one at bevmo, but even the dollar store or grocery should have something similar. Basically, if it will drizzle syrup or ketchup, it's likely suitable. Big mouth so you can pour straight in, and you can even put them through the dishwasher if you're so inclined.
