I went a lil wild and splurged on everything I'd need to make 2 decently complicated recipes out of the gate.

The recipes I ordered:
Rhodonite by ENYAWREKLAW (simply because it had ridiculous amounts of good reviews)
And then "Frewt Lewpz by /u/LurkTr0n" (mostly because it seemed like he put a lot of thought into it, I honestly didn't when selecting this recipe ha, but this is my current ADV flavor)
Just made the Rhodonite... and I can't believe I paid for this local swill from stores before man o_O
AND it was a ton of fun.
Anyways, I've been a long time stalker, and read a ton of the sidebar to get going (mixing by weight was breezy)! Excited to be doing instead of just reading finally!
Crazy to see that recipe is still floating around! Glad you're enjoying it man.
I haven't gotten to put it together yet but I'm excited to attack it tomorrow!
I kept hunting for a clone of my current local stuff from Artisan, and through that hunt your post came up really high up at the top. I'd say your excellent title + search priority is aiding the recipe ha!
Have you made any edits to it since your post?
I may have misread a bit, lol. I did a few tweaks here and there for myself just to keep my taste buds enticed, but I consider the recipe a finished project. Hope you like it! Oh and if you like Sherbert you should check out my "Simply Sherbert" recipe! It got some decent praise from a few people on the sub and it's super simple to make.
Hey /u/LurkTr0n, I just mixed this up. Shook it up and tossed it in the RDA. One thing not in the thread from a year ago was how long it should steep.
It's pretty damn yummy now, but just curious about your suggested steep time.
I believe I've read the creams need time. Right now it tastes really really citrusy with a lot of raspberry maybe. My palette is very underdeveloped lol, so I don't want to try to describe it too much. But there's not an instant recognizable "cereal fruit loops" taste.
I got very very close to your measurements as well and did the 70/30 / 3mg nic in a 30ml bottle, so I'm pretty confident that I got this right.
The only woeful thing I had to do was try to use a different lemon, ECX Lemon would have been an additional order for me just for that one bit. I've got 2 lemons I could try instead.
I ran with CAP Italian Lemon Sicily, and I'm going to point my finger either there or at steep times lol.
Any tips?
Edit: actually, yeah I think the tangerine / raspberry is coming through the loudest here.
You did it right. I can vouche for Rhondite... It's great.
Both of these recipes include a lot of the "staple flavors", so if you take the time and look into Alltheflavors(my recommendation) or ELR, you can plug what flavors you own into your "flavor arsenal" or whatever, and they'll recommend other recipes based on what you own.
It's addicting... You'll be looking for other recipes much faster than you think haha
This is the first time I've really ever seen a quality newbie thread.
Read sidebar - check Searched back and found a year old thread with a recipe OP thought he/she would like - check Mixed by weight - check
Good on you OP. Have fun!
I came here to tell you to order VG from Amazon. I got a gallon for about $13, but it appears that the price almost doubled (I was going to provide link).
Does anyone know why VG price increased so much?
Edit: Link with new, almost doubled price. Was $13 _ https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00PSGWHIO/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
OP, this is not your personal diary. Keep shit posts like this out of this subreddit.
Fair enough, although the discussion in this thread seemed to be the opposite of a shit post.
You have some bad shit happen to you recently or something? Your comment history reads like an asshole salt shaker, although a few days further back and you're helpful.
I mean, I respect your caramel review (actually did read it previously), but this comment is also your opinion. It didn't get mod removed, there's nothing about this in the sub rules... what's wrong with you?
I was excited and wanted to connect with a group of folks also excited about DIY, what's the big deal? Hell it didn't even get downvoted into oblivion like "shit posts" tend to do.
Edit: Rule 3: "VapeMail threads." I didn't think of this like that, but I get it. I broke that rule a couple of ways. Your saltiness seems to stem from your war on these rule breaking posts. Will refrain from things like this in the future.
