Love some Gambit or Mother's Milk but tired of paying a buck a ml? Then you are in the right place my friend. First, did you use the sidebar and search feature? There are also specific clone threads linked in the sidebar. If these have turned up dry, then please post your request for a clone recipe here.
However, you should know that most of the experienced users no longer buy commercial juice. Again, why pay $1/ml when you can mix amazing juice for less than 1/10th of that? Anyway, if you'd like to request a clone, this is the proper place to do it. This post will repeat monthly via AutoModerator.
Happy Mixing!
Looking for help or advice on my clone.
Amalfi - bigglesworth labs clone. Description: "A rich, delicious almond cake with a slight note of apricot jam layered in."
This is where I'm at as of now and is not finished. If anyone is interested in helping with my adventure.
• TPA Acetyl Pyrazine .25%
• FA Almond 1%
• TPA Apricot 1.5%
• TPA Vanilla Cupcake 1%
• FA Marshmallow 1%
• INW Marzipan .5%
• FA Meringue 1%
• FW Cake (yellow) 6%
• FW Hazelnut .25%
• FA Armenia (apricot) .5%
It's not quite Amalfi but it's a good juice after a week steep.
Interesting mix! You're on the right track, I'll tell you that much. I've never had anyone try to clone anything I've made before, so I consider this quite an honor! I'll agree with /u/BuryMeInSmoke, that is way, way too much yellow cake (assuming there is any in there at all?!)
Well I wasn't expecting you to even see this when I first posted it so it's a little embarrassing to say the least. But this was the best tasting out of my first 10 attempts. Amalfi is probably my all time favorite juice and if I can even get close (closer than this) I'll be happy. I'm pretty new at DIY so it's going to take me time. Thanks for even creating the juice in the first place.
Don't be embarrassed in the slightest, it's a time honored tradition to try to clone your favorite juice. I'm rooting for you! Keep it up, you're definitely getting somewhere, and you may find that what you wind up with you like better than Amalfi.
That's a lot of yellow cake.
How harsh is Amalfi on your coils? Lots of gunking? If not a lot, maybe lower the YC or substitute with something else, more vanilla cupcake or maybe try /u/id10-t's YC substitution in this post.
Good lord, 6% Yellow Cake. I don't know if my little substitute can handle that. It's proven excellent for subbing for up to 1.5% Yellow Cake so far. And I'm confident it could fill in decently for 2%. Maybe 3%. But 6%? Yikes. Who even uses that much yellow cake, ever, in anything?
I dunno, 6% YC doesn't seem right to me either. Bigglesworth is /u/project_twenty5oh1's right? Maybe going through his post history and seeing if he's posted any recipes might give OP a feel for how he approaches things.
I think your sub could be used maybe as a framework in this situation though - knock the Joy and CGC back a little, and sub it as if 3-4% YC was used instead of 6%, and maybe a touch more TFA Vanilla Cupcake.
I probably won't comment further on this as I haven't the original juice, so I could be (and probably am) miles off base here. The juice is on my to-try list. I'm hoping one of the co's having a labour day sale stocks this actually.
This is a good start. Recommend you start looking at alternatives like CAP Vanilla Cupcake or TFA Vanilla Cupcake, or even FW Cake batter dip. From my understanding, Amalfi is fairly complex so it's not surprising if he uses several cake flavorings to form a cake base.
I'm still struggling to find anything close to the taffy base that Taffy Man uses for all of their flavors. It's the only premium juice I think about buying from time to time. I've gone through hard candy, jelly candy, sweet and tart, saltwater taffy (TPA and FW) and so on. Does anyone have any information on a nice taffy base?
Vaponaute - Under the Sea. It is described as a mix of 4 mints, watermelon, gin, cucumber, lavender and coriander. Also Django by 13th floor elevapors which is like a vanilla custard tobacco with some caramel(?).
Haven't tried Django , but it sounds like a tasty profile and from your description above it could probably be achieved rather easily with CAP Vanilla Custard, TFA RY4 Double, and maybe a little extra vanilla in there like TFA Vanilla Swirl. Just a thought.
Haven't tried it either but this recipe is nice and along similar lines to what /u/goldfish18 recommends - could be a starting point.
Gentleman's Custard by /u/ohm-society
Gummie Sauce by Liq Fix for the love of god.
Used to be called Trolli until they got hit with some copyright stuff.
To piggyback... I'm looking for a good gummie recipe. I'll take ANY suggestions.
Have you tried to make any yet?
Yes I've messed with a concoction of pineapple tfa, gummy tfa and marshmellow, pink champagne... etc.
Got a tip from a local vape shop on their juice but it turned out pretty nasty. I'm very very new to this and have only mixed a couple successful batches of juice so I'm pretty useless as far as offering anything of substance. I'm basically leeching off others' knowledge until I can get enough experience under my belt to be helpful to others.
Apple Crack by Boss Sauce, I've tried a couple clones and they just taste odd.
> Apple Crack by Boss Sauce
Start with this:
5% Apple Jacks (FW)
2% Apple Pie (FA)
5% Apple Pie (TPA)
4% Vanilla Bean Ice Cream (TPA)
I have tried myself, and I have tried others' clones, but I cannot find a Lenola Cream clone that does not taste like soap/suntan lotion. It has been a white whale of mine for a while, and I can't come close. I checked the side bar, and found nothing usefull. I tried 2 on this subreddit, and V1 and V3 on JuiceDB. Hopeful that some one here might be hoarding some magical recipe that hasn't been shared, or possibly got close and quit, I ask my fellow redditor for some guidance.
At this point I just need to find a good banana custard-bready recipe, but I'm so frustrated a this point and have made some 480 mls of juice that I dumped a ton of koolada in after the fact to hide the flavor.
ripe vapes key lime cookie pls lord
Key Lime Cookie
1.5% Biscuit (INAWERA)
0.5% Cookie (Biscotto) (FA)
2% Key Lime (TPA)
1% Lime Tahity (Cold Pressed) (FA)
3% Sugar Cookie (CAP)
1.5% Vanilla Shisha (INAWERA)
Adjust to your taste Key Lime (TPA) can be harsh, the Lime Tahity (Cold Pressed) (FA) helps round out the lime. The Shisha Vanilla helps with the harshness, Graham Cracker 1% also may help with this. Its just a starting point. Good luck .
Update: just waiting on my flavors to arrive and will give this a mix and some feedback!
I've never tried the original and only mixed this once a few months ago.
http://e-liquid-recipes.com/recipe/241122/Ripe%20Vapes%20-%20Key%20Lime%20Cookie%20Clone%20%28VapeQueen214%29
how'd you like it? since you can't compare to the original. thanks :-)
Kiberry Yogurt by Kilo. I've seen a clone on eliquidrecipes but it doesn't cut it imo.
Someone posted a clone of this on Vaping Underground recently. Have a look there.
Will do. Didn't know about this site, thanks for telling me!
EDIT: Link for anyone interested http://vapingunderground.com/threads/kiberry-yogurt-cloned.187550/
No worries dude. I haven't tried that recipe but I have tried this one on a french DIY site which is also a great resource for recipes: http://www.lediypourlesnuls.com/kilo-kiberry-yogurt/. Came out pretty nice from what I remember, needed a good week or so for the flavours to come out though. Was pretty bland on it's own. Not the biggest fan of Sberry Ripe (TFA) so if I made it again I'd use CAP Sweet Sberry.
P.S. Translate bottom left!
If anyone can give me recipes for the dewwy boba and mango boba juices, I would love you forever.
Would love a Pineapple Express by Dr.Fog or Agent Provocateur by The Juice Punk... Also basically anything by Twelve Monkeys.
Dinner lady- lemon tart! I can't find anything on this one and I'm waiting for an order to come in so I can try but I would love to hear other peoples ideas!
I'm trying to do this one as well. I believe they are using CAP Cereal 27, CAP Lemon Meringue and CAP Lemon Sicily maybe some INW Biscuit. I'm new at mixing so I'm still figuring things out but if you smell the lemon tart and then smell those flavors you can tell they are in there
I haven't tried the original or this version, but I know this guy has been working on it for a long time: https://alltheflavors.com/recipes/12504#dinner_lady_a_lemon_tart_remix_by_dazcole
Element's key lime cookie
Edit: I'm going to give vapequeen's a shot later today
https://m.reddit.com/r/DIY_eJuice/comments/2racdt/anyone_made_a_key_lime_cookie_clone/
Edit: tl;dr it's pretty damn close
I first found this clone right after my first order of flavorings and then forgot about it till today. I just so happen to finally have all of the ingredients. It's a good day.
That was actually a clone attempt for Ripe Vape's Key Lime Cookie, but I've been trying to clone element's for a while now, the base of that recipe definitely tastes similar to element's version. But I am convinced that Element is either using a lime I haven't tried or isn't available for sale, or they're just using a a really high amount of lime and it might be making it taste different (I am starting to suspect this with a lot of "premium" juices because of the recipes reputable juice vendors have posted on here). I'm actually kinda stumped on what makes their lime pop so much without being too throaty or harsh. Key lime from TFA over 5% kills my lungs haha and I cant imagine using more than 3% of any of FA's lime flavors.
Back when I had element's key lime cookie a lot I noticed that at first it would taste more like the filling to a key lime pie but after a day or two it actually started to taste more like a lemon head to me.
Based on what you said they might be using a lemon to back up the (possibly over flavored) lime, which I get olfactory fatigue from thus exposing the lemon.
Have you tried Element's Key Lime Cookie and Frost? Damnnnn.. this stuff is amazing.
I too wonder what makes Element's liquid "pop" so much. Perhaps the user of sweeteners and/or MTS vape wizard (Or something like that)
I haven't tried frost but I hate mint flavors. I'm thinking they just using a lot of sweeteners and 30% flavoring. I still haven't figured it out to be honest. I usually hate over flavored juices with sweetener in them, but something about their flavors makes it addictive
Nuts and cream by Northland please. I tried searching everywhere with no luck.
> Nuts and cream by Northland
Try This
3% Bavarian Cream (TPA)
2% Caramel (FA)
6% Hazelnut (FW)
1% Hazelnut (FA)
3% Sweet Cream (TPA)
1% Toasted Marshmallow (TPA)
Also this is a great nuts and cream recipe
http://e-liquid-recipes.com/recipe/99179/Bust-a-Nut
Okay - So I made this and it is steeping since a week. It is good - but the Hazelnut by FA and FW does not fit in there. I adapted your recipe and the main ingredient - for me at least - seems to be TFA Hazelnut. Made a single batch at 5% and a single batch Caramel FA at 2 %.
Mixing this in my dripper steers in a very good direction - the main notes are definitely hit.
Soo... I made a Batch 2 days ago, with
- Bavarian Cream (TFA) | 6%
- Hazelnut (TFA) | 5%
- Caramel (FA) | 4%
- Sweet Cream (CAP) | 2%
- Vanilla Swirl (TFA) | 1%
- Acetyl Pyrazine 5% (TFA) | 0.5%
This is by no means a finished 1:1 clone. But it is a good direction for me. Maybe I should make a clone thread showing my iterations an my thoughts?
(Sidenote: If I would live in the US I would be ordering this from them. But shipping to my country is killing the price, so I'm searching a clone recipe...)
Edit: Formatting
2 juices I've tried over and over again to clone, but never get it right....
-
Blue Honey by Vape Dudes - can't get close to this.. The blueberry seems to harsh, brown sugar ruins it.. Tried various different types of bb with honey and honey suckle..
-
Mech Milk by Mech Sauce - this tastes way different than your normal mothers milk to me and I prefer it. I can't get this quite right though..
Poseidon - Cyclops Vapor Clone Request Assistance
Cantaloupe (TPA) 2% Honeydew (TPA) 2% Mango (TPA) 2% Melon (LA) 4% Papaya (TPA) 3% Peach (Juicy) (TPA) 2% Pear (TPA) 2%
This is not my own recipe. Its one posted on LEYDIY, the French recipe website. I've never tried the juice myself, but everyone I've met that asks about it says it does not taste right. Throwing it out there, hope to hear some feedback :) I apologize for not doing the table, I don't know how too.
I've seen their Pound Cake on here but I tried this stuff and loved it. It's pretty sweet so I was surprised by how much I liked it.
I'd try anything that might be similar even. I'm brand new to all of this and don't have the knowledge to really try experimenting myself.
About a year ago there were a few threads with people talking about trying to clone Breakfast at Teleos: The Milk and some others, I am curious if anyone has come close? Also really interested in what flavorings are used in Stars-N-Bucks Frappberry.. its an amazing berry flavor that i cannot figure out, again not necessarily looking for a clone of either just which flavors are used.. heck a clone would be awesome but I'm trying to grow as a mixer and just looking for some direction. I have tried almost all DIY cereal vapes and they either (to me) don't taste like cereal or I just can't stand them for one reason or another.. so any out of the box cereal-related recipes I would be so grateful for!
I stopped buying juice from shops and starting ordering from websites, fell in love with a flavor called wrecking ball from vape wild. Having lurked on this Reddit for quite some time now I feel that it is time to start making my own. Looking for a clone of wrecking ball as it is my absolute favorite juice.
I already placed my initial order thanks to this subreddit!
Anyone got a recipe for Pancake Man by Vape Breakfast Classics?
Looking for Netvape Midnight. It's a local shop that has two location in Butte County. It's described on the website as "A delicious fruit melody with heavy notes of crisp green apple and a slightly cool exhale" To me it taste like green apple, starwberry maybe, pear or dragonfruit. It's a sour green apple inhale and then a sweet blend of fruits (that I can't put my finger on) on the exhale with koolada. I have been trying to clone this one since I started diying. It's my white whale. Please someone help me.
I've looked all over for a clone recipe of javelin by mod fuel. Can't find anything. My only option at this point is to order every lemon flavor and see what works and what doesn't. Can anyone help me out? It was my favorite juice but now because of the monopoly Indiana has on E juice I can't order it online.
Looking for a good clone of Cast-A-Way by Mitten Vapors
https://www.mittenvapors.com/cast-a-way/
This melon vape has a refreshing strawberry, pear, and peach start with an amazing honeydew finish.
This is a crazy low amount to pay for a 30ml of juice. Even the local shops around my town don't sell their house juices for less than $15/30ml. It sounds like a delish flavor to vape, and I would be interested in tasting a clone as well. I of course have never tried this vape before, I wouldn't have the slightest clue what a clone would taste like. Sorry I cant help more.
That's all good. :) It is my all time favorite vape and they often run deals that end up at 1/2 price. It's definitely worth a try in my opinion (with 2 flavor boosts, cut with vg if too strong). Though Reddit seems to prefer cream Vapes, and those make me sick.
I don't have all the flavors to make an attempt but I plan on trying at some point.
requesting: mantra by om vapors
http://omvapors.com/product.sc?productId=22&categoryId=1
description: Mantra is a tropical blend of garden-fresh strawberries, peaches and mangos, pureed into a cool, refreshing green tea with honey.
I'm delving into the area of DIY, and am starting with the face-value flavors on this one. any other recommendations for background flavors, or a percentage to start? anything would help.
I've never tried that juice, but the description is tempting. Have you already ordered some flavors?
it's probably the best eliquid I've ever had.
I've ordered about 6 flavors, I was going to wait and see if anyone had an idea for this recipe. I'm just going to go for it! lol.

I hope I'm posting correctly and in the right place. I've searched on the sidebar as well as Google and haven't had much luck. I'm trying my damndest to recreate Crack pie by Food Fighter. Here's a link to the description https://ejuicedirect.com/collections/food-fighter-ejuice/products/food-fighter-ejuice-crack-pie I have found a couple attempts (both from the same mixer, Dannick) This link is to his latest and I think he is on the right track. http://e-liquid-recipes.com/recipe/816228/FoodFighters%20%26quot;Crack%20Pie%26quot;%20Clone Speckled Flakes (OOO) seems to be a key component. In fact I think most of what he has is on the right track but percentages seem off and something is definitely missing. I'm thinking it needs a cream and maybe an additional caramel. I'm also thinking of dropping, Butter (TPA) and adding Butter cream (CAP) Any thoughts or suggestions would be awesome and appreciated. Sorry in advance if my formatting is wrong or if I've posted in the wrong area.
http://www.lediypourlesnuls.com/food-fighter-crack-pie/
Barracuda by Naked Fish. It is described as Honeydew and a variety of other sweet fruits in a tropical medley that dances on your tongue. My girlfriend absolutely loves this juice and I have no clue as to what is in it besides Honeydew.. Help a bruh get some thank you puh.. lol
Good evening all
I was wondering if there are any sure fire PB&J - grape, strawberry or raspberry, Swedish berries - those soft red gummy berry candies, Fuzzy sour peach - gummy peach rings, or a killer smore recipes.
Seen many here and there but wanted to see what may come from posting here.
Have a great night everyone
This has been my favorite juice since I started vaping. The local shop I used to buy it from doesn't sell it anymore. Now that I am into DIYing, I figured I could try to clone it...or find someone to help me try to clone it. Its been so long since I have had any, I don't even think I am 100% sure what the original flavor tastes like. But any help would be appreciated.
Namber Juice's Epiclouds Oasis Mist
Description --- Oasis Mist
Oasis mist is a tropical and fruity fusion of flavors. Refreshing with hints of pineapple and coconut. As we move into the cooler fall months, this juice is perfect for remembering those dog days of summer lounging by the pool and soaking in the sun. It's no secret that Nick and Amber love to vacation in fantastic Las Vegas. This flavor was created to remember those days of laying out by the Luxor Oasis pool and sipping on a delicious tropical and fruity frozen Daiquiri made for two.
I'm looking for what my local shop makes. It's called beetle juice. Taste like one of those tubes of sour squeeze candy. I can't afford the prices anymore.
Tons of local shops have a beetlejuice flavor, kind of like how every shop has a tiger's blood mix. It may not be the same at the store you go to, but Ive worked at at quite a few shops and beetlejuice has almost always been a mix of mango, pineapple, raspberry, and sometimes strawberry. I would try something like this:
4% Mango CA
3% Pineapple Juice TFA OR Golden Pineapple CA
4% Raspberry CA (I prefer V2)
4% Strawberry TFA
That was one of the mixes we used at a shop I've worked at, there are a million different variations online but these are the flavor companies I prefer. You can adjust the percentages to your liking :)
Anyone has a recipe for the 2 liquids from Vaporian Rules
Route 66 (pinapple, strawberry, orange juice + Koolada) - stron orange juce and kool koolada effect
Double88 (green apple & koolada)- very strong menthol and apple taste
Tried 7% Fuji Apple and 5% Koolada but apple and kool effect is toooooo poor...
Hi, I know it's a long shot, but I really loved Blueberry Milk from Mona's Pantry. It's a juice only available at Redjuice.co.uk, which is why this is a long shot. If anyone has tried it and can place some concentrates or recipes to atleast start from, I would greatly appreciate it. The ones I've looked into don't seem close, it doesn't feel like a typical blueberry milk flavour, and is quite heavy on the milk.
I would love to see a clone for Carnival Juice Roll Upz "Berry Lemonade" It has been my ADV this summer and I've payed out the ass for it, as I just started DIYing a couple weeks ago. Searched around and can't find a good clone anywhere, so if one of you magic-makers have a recipe for it, I would be stoked. Thank you!
