Hypnotic Myst notes.
submitted about 9 years ago by Boogenshizzle

Flavor Art Hypnotic Myst 30/70 4% Very Mellow. Possible boost to 5%

A Juicy Orange with no rind. Could easily turn into a peach. Reminds me of the wild oranges growing wild in Palm springs California when I was young. Creamy, similar to catalan + vienna without the spicy. Almost bavarian.

Higher Power = More floral Higher temp = More orange (does max out) ~350 degrees Very velvety - May benefit from some floral notes. Velvet and Rose. A possible lemongrass. If you are going to add creams, boost the citrus. Can benefit from zest but very lightly.

Mixes with: Orange, Lemon. Cream: fresh, bavarian, vienna, catalan Floral: Rose, Violet, lemongrass?

Standalone 4-6% When using in a mix, use standalone strength due to the flavor being very mild.

More to come.

I like HM, personally, I think it's one of FA's underused "secret ingredient" flavors, great accent for florals as you noted. Try with FA Lavender, if you have/like that one.

Yes I do think they would play nicely. The oranges would blend and the peach would stand out front after a little steep.

I've been thinking of picking up this flavor, and you've just convinced me with this review.

Where you're doing them both today, do you think Hypnotic Myst & Summer Clouds would play well together?

I have both, but, my only experience is with HM is trying to pair it with Oba Oba, guessing at the percentages and missing the mark.
