Probably the most accurate tasting recipe I've ever made, it's pretty delicious.
3% Pineapple - LA
3% Churro - CAP
3% Yellow Cake - FW
2% Nonna Cake - FA
2% Custard - FA
2% Vanilla Beam Ice Cream - TFA
I hate writing descriptions, but it's a pretty simple profile really so here goes nothing. First the cake base, yellow cake from flavor west is basically the best cake flavor that's out right now but it fucks up your cotton sadly, so I supplemented it with a little nonna cake which is more forgiving and is also pretty damn good, it gets my number two spot for cakes, keep in mind it has a light lemon note that may not always play nicely with others, but I find this (like their custard) to enhance any added fruits thanks to the citric acid. Churro from Capella is obviously where the cinnamon comes from, but to me it tastes like Capella used their donut base to get that dough flavor, really good flavor it has impressed me, that donut and cinnamon combo goes great in cake mixes like this and it was perfect for the profile I wanted. To balance all this dough comes Flavour Art Custard and TFA Vanilla bean ice cream. If you think of a cake, when you make it you have to add milk, eggs, sugar, etc. These flavors fill that role nicely. Last but not least is LA Pineapple, pretty self explanatory, but I will say this is one of their best flavors next to banana cream IMO and I don't really see it that often. I think it blows CAP Golden Pineapple and all the others away honestly. Mix it up bitches!

Nice write up. I've never thought of using this la pineapple that I bought when I first started, but now I'll have to give it a try. To me that pineapple taste like the juice of the pineapple very realistic taste. I wonder if toasted marshmallow would give it any flavor enhancements since the pineapple in an upside down cake gets golden brown. I guess it's time to order some toasted marshmallow.
This looks like a tasty recipe. Sadly, I don't have access to LA. Would INW Pineapple or FW pineapple be an adequate sub?
