Everyone has their own way. Throw yours out there!
GAH. All this TFA Fruit Circles love...
I can't stand the shit. Every juice I've ever tried to use it in tastes like a bag of assholes. That shit is just nasty lemon flavor.
absofuckinlutely. I can't believe the blind love for it is still alive. Kind of a shame, because the FW alternatives (fruity flakes and the other one, can't remember name) turned out to be loaded with fructose, IIRC. I don't particularly care for the cereal killa clone-esque recipes, either.
I think it was just Fruity Flakes, I think Fruit Rings is safe. IDGAF either way, give me the good stuff.
My search for a true cereal milk continues. I think the problem lies with the part that we can't create that cold part. Who drinks warm cereal milk? Not this guy.
I have yet to try /u/NotCharlesManson's Pebbles recipe as I think that may be good, but I'd have to buy ingredients to make it.
I feel your pain. LA lemonade tastes like lemon cereal to me.
I'd throw it out if I were you. It contains lipids
Where did you see this one? I know there was questions in the past about some Lorann flavors. [This list] (http://bestvaporflavors.com/best-lorann-oils-vaping/) shows which flavors are oil based and such. Ill just say, their lemonade and CCI are pretty good flavors. Worth having in your stash.

8% Fruit Circles? I'm just curious if it needs that much 0_o I really enjoy the flavor, but anything anything over 6% (in a single flavor recipe) is super overpowering to me. Have you ever tried to lower it in the recipe, and if so how did it turn out?
My latest versions of this use 5%
Can confirm. I use it at 4% and up the berry crunch to 5%. Super good after a few days and the lemon pledge taste has disappeared.
I have some peoples that eat this shit up with a bit of menthol in it as well! Sounds weird I know, and I dont do menthol, but it's actually quite nice
My cereal recipes are all pretty complex, with over a dozen ingredients. I did try to make a simple version which ended up pretty decent, but I didn't tweak it all that much because mixing a 12-ingredient recipe doesn't really take much longer than a 5-ingredient recipe.
- FW Fruity Flakes 5%
- TFA Bavarian Cream 2.5%
- CAP Sugar Cookie 2%
- TFA Hazelnut 1.5%
- FA Meringue 1%
You can substitute the FW Fruity Flakes for something else -- I've tried it with FW Fruit Rings, TFA Fruit Circles, TFA Fruit Circles w/ Milk, TFA Berry Crunch, and FW Captain Crunch Berries, but preferred FW Fruity Flakes. My other cereal recipes all use multiple "primary" cereal flavorings, but used alone I think FW Fruity Flakes is the best choice.
FW fruit rings 4.5% + your cream base of choice is an excellent mix.
I have tried many different recipes with FW Fruit Rings and I would suggest a VBIC at 3-4% with 1% FA Fresh Cream and even Marshmallow would be a great addition
Isn't fruit rings one of the FW that came up with fructose on its msds?
edit: it's not, my b
I know I've seen FW fruity flakes mentioned containing fructose.... but I'm not sure about Fruit Rings.
From my experience I haven't noticed any considerable difference compared to other flavorings in regards to coil gunkage. Fruit Rings is a clear colored flavor if that has any correlation to gunking...not sure

Remember to rate it at e-liquid-recipes.com!
it's dead simple, and I've yet to taste anything better.
Really late, just came across this thread. I don't have a recipe, but I have a decent start.

FLV Lemonade 2%

FA Lemon Sicily 0.5%
Makes for a damn close replica of Fruit Loops. It might need a few additions to make it a full out cereal, but strangely enough the taste is damn close to dry fruit loops. I know it sounds weird, but I added some CAP Vanilla Custard 2.5% and a touch of CAP Cinnamon Danish Swirl 0.5% and after a week or 2 it's surprisingly close to what you're after. Like I said the actual cereal part needs a tweaking or two, but those 2 lemon flavors get you damn close to Fruit Loops.
Did you even search simple fruit loops?
Sure did. Just want to see what everybody's running with :)
Alright, well mine's the simplest by far, but not the best. My Lupe, while not as simple, is the best fruit loops I've tried.
I was surprised to see Almond listed there. Then again, I'm extremely new to DIY. It could be that it's typical in fruit blends and I just didn't know that.
What role does it play in a flavor profile like this?
