Nicotine River mail received, can I test a nic level?

Hey guys, I apologize if this is in the wrong place, but just wanted to ask a question / get feedback. I recently ordered some 48mg nic 100% PG from Nicotine River. The package came today along with another bottle of 100% PG I ordered. In the box, there is just two 500ml bottles of pg. One has its seal broken and the separate bag it came in is opened. I thought they had messed up the order and just shipped two bottles of straight pg. But then I thought have they just opened one bottles seal and directly added nicotine without any signage or notes on the bottle? It's confused me. I tried some at my normal mg level (3mg) in a quick mix of nana cream. I can't really tell if there is nic in here. Is there any way I can test the liquid for nic? Either way, not the best experience with this company so far tbh. Any help is much appreciated.

EDIT UPDATE: Hi guys, so just an update, I emailed them and they wrote back overnight (time zone difference) and assured me one of the bottles would contain nic. They told me to look under the cap for the nic level marked in marker. They explained they do this in the warehouse with overseas orders to ensure it will not be held up at customs. I hadn't opened the other sealed bottle yet so I looked, and low and behold, it was marked 48mg under the cap and I can tell there is nic in this one. So I guess my bad for not checking both bottles. But also, they did not address the opened bottle issue. I have a feeling it could have even been customs that opened it to see what was inside. Guess I wont know for sure. Ive ordered from them in the past and the nic was clearly labeled. I would contact them.

But to answer your question, yes, you can buy nicotine testing kits. I test every single batch i get.

Any DIYer that is handling and consuming nicotine really should be testing their nic level on any new batch

I Just edited the OP with an update. I see everyone saying to test my nic batches. Would you mind linking one of these nic testing kits? My quick google brought up drug testing kits etc.

Thanks for that, now to find it available in Aus. (This one cannot be shipping out of USA). Although it also states All materials can also be purchased at most pool supply stores, so I'm sure I can get the materials together! Thanks

When i receive nicotine its clearly labeled sealed and bagged. The shipping methods youre talking about sound incredibly unsafe. Especially putting marker inside of the bottle. How is the pg supposed to not get contaminated with all that?

Honestly you should be able to smell it to detect nicotine.

But still, always use a Nikki test kit on new batches of nicotine so you know for sure what level it is.
