Juice Calculator for Android
submitted about 9 years ago by MarinheiroTX

Don't see anything in the rules against this, sooo...

Finished up a DIY calculator for Android that I've been working on for a while. It's called E-Liquidator and it's on the Google Play store now. You can make and save recipes and flavors. You can also batch recipes you've made with an ID and timestamp to help keep track of what you made when. Calculates recipe cost.

Check it out if you want. Or not. It's your life, live it how you want.

But you should.

Positive feedback and constructive criticism welcome. Comment here or e-mail at e.liquidator.calculator@gmail.com Thanks

A link for the lazy. What are the in-app purchases for?

No ads, import/export and save more than five recipes. Just a one time full version upgrade.

You're right. App developers should work for free. Asking for $2 to use a full app is extortion. I apologize for my impertinence. I'll go sit on my shame couch and think about what I did.

Purchased. Haven't had a chance to play with it for more than a few seconds yet.

Quick question, what format do I need to import a recipe?

It uses xml. Mainly for backing up data or sending recipes from the app to other people using the app.

That's what I thought it would be. Thanks mate, looking forward to using it.

Not compatible with my device? I use a Sony Xperia Z2 EDIT: Apparently I'm not in the correct country. Why would country matter?

Currently only released to English speaking countries (the big obvious ones atm) because i don't have translations for other languages. What country are you in?

I am in South Africa, and I only speak English. I didn't even think of the translation part, my bad! I could probably provide you with Afrikaans, Zulu and Isixhosa translations for the text used in your app, but I really don't think that would be neccessary, since English is an official language here.

Added South Africa. Could take a couple hours to take effect.

Just missed south africa i guess. Just did a quick run through the countries when i choose where to release. I'll add it and take a closer look at english speaking countries when i get home.

If anyone wants to be cool, and help with some translations, that would be rad. If you're willing to help, shoot me an email to the address in the original post.

Well, there's rule 5 to start. Don't see where you've asked for an OK.

You are getting some positive and negative feedback, and it seems to me you are not acting like a sensible business-person and using that negative stuff to improve your product, but attacking those kind enough to provide feedback.

I'm going to do you a favor and lock this thread. Learn from it, improve your product, and when you are ready to release the new version let us know before you try to post about it.

Any more dickhead comments and you can just go elsewhere. We like to keep it civil in this sub.
