Milk and Sugar Cookies|% ---|--- CAP Sugar Cookie|3 FLV Cream|2 FA Cookie|0.5 CAP Vanilla Custard|0.5 FA Meringue|0.5
Not a very complicated recipe by any means. As a matter of fact, I tried to make this as easy as possible using as few flavors as possible while still getting incredible flavor. So, let's break it down:
-
CAP Sugar Cookie - It's a sugar cookie. I don't know what else to say about this. It's soft. It's fluffy. It's sweet. Legit though, it's the best sugar cookie out there. Super accurate and delicious. The only off flavor I really get from this is that it's a little waxy, but it still feels very similar to that coating of warm butter and sugar you get in your mouth from a fresh cookie. Sooooooo, it just works. It's amazing really.
-
FLV Cream - The milk. Very creamy and about as close to half and half as I've come across so far. It makes for a wonderful milk flavor and a natural choice for the other main component in this recipe. There's really no off-flavor here. No milk, no egg, no butter, no vanilla. Just straight cream. One of these days, I will get around to ordering OOO Cream, but this is still a great flavor very worthy of having in your arsenal.
If you don't have the rest of these flavors, you can totally stop at the above two main components. You will have a really good juice with only two flavors that will be great and easy to make.
-
FA Cookie - This adds some body to the cookie. A slightly more nutty cookie with a bit more snap. It helps the cookie flavor stand up to a longer steep. The key here is too keep it low to let the CAP Sugar Cookie shine. This is just an accent. Add too much, and you'll start to get more of a biscotti type cookie. 0.25% didn't really change the cookie profile enough towards a fuller body, and 0.75% gave a bit too much snap and nuttiness.
-
CAP Vanilla Custard - The sole purpose of using this flavor at such a low percentage is to give a butter flavor to the cookie in the recipe. It's got a mild egg flavor, strong butter, decently strong vanilla. It's a staple in sweet bakery items. It also helps to thicken the overall body of the vape as well, giving us a nice dense mouth feel. Add too much, and it will quickly over-power the rest of the recipe though.
-
FA Meringue - Do I really need to explain this one? There's a reason it's used in almost every single cream or bakery flavor that I create. It's got a nice light creaminess. Adds a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
#Cure Time
Absolutely none!!! This e-liquid is amazing with a good shake.
If you do choose to age it, it slowly turns into drinking milk that tastes like it has sugar cookies dissolved in it, rather than their separate components with the cream more developed and forward.
Whichever way you choose to vape it, it's scrumptious. Even without a sweetener, this one is going to leave you licking your lips. Give it a try!
I don't know why I've never considered using CAP Vanilla Custard at really low percentages. Yes, I've used it many times in the 2% range, but never below that. Makes total sense if you're using it solely for the purpose of that buttery mouth feel, not a full-on custard. Does that reduce steep time as well; keeping the custard at a low%?
Great little recipe btw. These are the kinds of recipes that I'm sure everyone loves. Simple, to the point, and familiar and nostalgic. Bravo.
Looks yummy. You are one of the few mixers whose recipes start out with a 50 ml for me, rather than sticking my toes in with a 10 ml bottle. I should be vaping this shortly.
A true honor to hear. I hope you enjoy it.
Well, I'm vaping it now and honestly I think you owe me a 50 ml bottle. This tastes like I've jogged for 3 miles on a freshly tarred road, stepped in dogshit, scraped the tarry dogshit into my mod, diluted it with armpit scrapings and vinegar, and went to town.
Seriously though, this is a great mix. I'm moderately ashamed to admit that the only CAP Sugar Cookie I had was V2, probably purchased during the brief but foolhardy time in my life when I gave a shit about diketones - but the mix is great anyway. I expect it will kick up a notch or two when I get my SC v1 in, but even with the v2 this is a winner.
If you want another ego boost... this is going in my Avocado as soon as I get some time to rebuild it. To keep you grounded and not make your ego explode... it's not going to go into my Limitless+.
Keep it up Vurve.

Awwww! You do love me!!! 😍
Looks awesome! I'm gonna mix this now.
I think I'm going to have to buy a 4oz bottle of FLV Cream. I've been using it in everything, lately. I just love it!
Same here. I'd had it sitting on the shelf but didn't realize how damn good and versatile it was until /u/cheebasteeba got me hooked on his Melon Mix. Been finding all kinds of uses for it since.
I have no idea why I haven't mixed up Melon Mix yet. I have all the ingredients. I'm gonna do that now.
I'll give a shout out to /u/cheebasteeba too. But it was his Sweet Strawberry Cream that made me rediscover the magic that is FLV Cream.
is ooo cream supposed to be a good milk flavor? Better than flv? Great write up thanks
In regards to the "waxiness" of cap sugar cookie,is this something unique to the brand/certain flavors or just something that you might have the misfortune of finding at random?
Not trying to bash anyone, but a while back i ordered from dominant vapor, the strawberry whatever it was tasted like chomping into cherry chapstick & all the flavors left a waxy feeling on my teeth in addition to making it hard to breathe.
If there is any way to avoid ever coming across something similar when doing diy id seriously love to know.
Any subs for FLV Cream? I have FA Cream Fresh.
FA fresh cream is a bit of a misnomer. It's not actually supposed to be cream, like half and half. It's supposed to be cream fraiche, a fermented cream with a decent amount of tang.
Use FA Vienna cream at 1.5%
I'm vaping it now. It's delicious! I'm interested to see how this changes within the next few days. I can only see this getting better. But, I'm lovin it right now!
Thank you for sharing!
I don't have CAP Sugar cookie, could i sub in Inawera's biscuit instead?
Does anyone else get a sort of metallic taste from FLV cream or is it just me? It may be a bad batch but I also could just be sensitive to something they're using in it.. I've put it in recipes at as little as 0.5% and that off flavor comes through like a champ. Still going to mix this up though ha. I have to. It looks damn good regardless. Maybe I'll sub the Vienna if it still tastes weird.
Can't say that I do. It's been a very popular flavor as of recently. Perhaps you got a bad batch or it's just something your taste buds are sensitive to.
If nothing else, then OOO Cream or FA Vienna Cream would be good replacement options.
damn it that looks tasty.can i sub FLV Cream for something else? maybe FA Fresh Cream and FA Milk?
FA Vienna cream is going to be your closest substitute, but it will require about a one week steep.
I'll start out by saying I made this recipe with OOO cream in replacement of the FLV cream, after reading through some of the comments. This is also my first time playing with the OOO Cream. Used at 2% and it turned out tremendous. The sugar cookie was possibly over running this cream slightly right after a shake. 24 hours after mixing, the cream is holding it's ground better.
I will be sure FLV cream doesn't escape my cart once again and try this as you have it posted. Until then I will certainly mix this again with the OOO cream sub, maybe increasing it by .5% for my taste.
One question I do have though is, if one were to mix this as a flavor base to be used later on as a quick one shot. Would aging the flavor base make the shake and vape taste as you describe the aged juice? > drinking milk that tastes like it has sugar cookies dissolved in it
At any rate, great work with this recipe, keep up the good work.
I was thinking about the flavor of milk and cookies and thought to myself "Id love to try that but have no idea where to start" and then I saw this in my email from AllTheFlavors. Only flavoring Im missing is FLV Cream
You can replace it with 1.5% FA Vienna Cream
Word. That I do have. Ill probably pick up FLV Cream anyway next flavor purchase. I saw you talking about OOO Cream, I havent had any experience with OOO in general. Have you tried any of their flavorings or are they very hit and miss?
First time using FLV Cream and I must say I'm addicted to this flavor! Call me crazy but I've thought about augmenting your juice with tfa Sweet Cream to really bring out the creamy sweetness. I just mixed up a 30ml last night and it's already 30% gone but I'm gonna try to make this last for a week so I can get those steeped notes. Especially before I add anything to it.
