I would contact the vendor you ordered it from ASAP. Not only for you to get a replacement and a possible answer to why. Also for them to know something is up.

No idea how it happened... I keep in a cool dark place, took it out today to mix with (used it fine for every time except today, only had it for about a week..) and it just came right off

Where did you buy it from? There's a possibility it's not actually a LDPE bottle..

It's real LDPE, I have other LDPE bottles of the same material.

Same thing happened to my last order of FA Custard. No clue as to why.

That's not from BCV. They don't sell 15ml LDPE bottles they have 10ml/30ml and they're PET. The bottle in your picture is from another vendor.

edit: Top comment is paging BCV, that's why I mentioned it.

I edited it cause of that funny cause I was pretty sure it wasn't BCV but the poster said it was so.. Was like shit maybe they changed bottles within the last month?

Acid from the lemon does this it can destroy composite material.

I've had one of their bottles snap at the top like that. It was Fuji. Lemon sicily has never messed up a bottle for me so far.

this has happen to me before from ecigexpress and gremlin. when you use your bottles take the time to clean it off with a paper towel, outside and the inside of the child proof cap. this combined with the child proof cap possibly having issues coming off.

seems to be a ldpe bottle thing as it hasn't happen with other types.

tfa pear, and cap vbic are the ones that have done it to me.

cleaning seems to have stopped the issue from happening to the other concentrates unless it was just weak bottles both times (even tho they where two different venders and bottle sizes).

Shit. I have that exact same bottle in my collection right now. It's currently two weeks old and has no noticeable deformities.

There was nothing noticeable about mine either until I went to use it
