I have to share a story about this company. www.bullcityvapor.com . I bumped into some trouble with a new zealand post service i use to ship my u.s products to me. They deemed flavor concentrates "eliquids" and told me they could either send my flavoring back to bcv at my expense or dispose of a $76 u.s order ($119 nz with shipping) because "eliquids" are now apparently prohibited items. As you can imagine i was pretty stressed out about it, im only just getting into diy and was really excited to be receiving all my flavours i needed to make all the recipes i had been researching. Any way i decided to email bcv and told them what happened, they quickly replied and told me if there was anything they could do they would do it. I kept emailing the shipping company and it took a few few days (felt like months) to get a response. I finally got my response informing me i needed a pdf of my invoice that they could then re analyze if i was to have a chance of getting my products shipped. I forwarded it on to bcv because i didn't know how to format a pdf from my emails or even if that is possible. Again they quickly responded with a beautifully formatted pdf of my order with a side note explaining that they sold nicotine free flavours and if anyone concerned had any questions they could ask them with a link to bull city's customer service line. I haven't yet received a response from my shipping company. I don't know if they will pull their finger out. But i wanted to come and share my experience with bcv. Ive never experienced that level of customer service in 3 years of vaping. If i am able to ship products from them there is no doubt where il be doing my shopping when i need flavours. If you havent checked out their site i urge you to. They are the friendliest most efficient with the best selection most bad ass company out there. Thank you bull city, you guys are the cats pyjamas and i hope i have the privilege of another transaction with you in the future.

All flavor DIY websites we use need to start having a ton a candy making products in stock and also candy making or baking videos or links to them. I know some already have candy making products available on their website, which is extremely smart on their part.
They're great - I once, embarrassingly, emailed them thinking I got a bottle from FA when I was expecting TPA. Well, I didn't look closely to realize they have FA really big on the bottle for the flavor apprentice, with it even spelled out underneath.
But still they wrote back and explained in a ton of detail TPA vs TFA, etc, which I'm aware of but was just too quick in my assumption & apologized for wasting their time. However, their response was above and beyond what they needed to reply with, and was very much appreciated for the effort they put into answering my inquiry.
Bcv is one of my go to for fast and friendly service you can't go wrong with bull city
And their packaging is top notch. Its a guarantee that every time I restock, I am getting everything and its going to be intact. I wont have to worry about leaks, bent blunt needles, busted containers, nothing. If anything their packaging is a bit overkill and comes wrapped up better than most juice I have ordered. Now I want it to be Monday so I can try out my new flavors....
I've been ordering from them for over a year now. I can't think of one complaint. They usual go above and beyond for their customers.

yea bcv is a pretty spot on company. only down side to them i just wish they would carry nicotine and larger sizes of pg and vg. other than that ill keep ordering from them as long as im mixing
They used to carry nicotine actually but something to do with carolina's law made them discontinue nic.
Yea add nic and international shipping so i dont have to deal with those shipping company tossers and you would have perfection. I blew out ordering my pg/vg from another u.s vendor that i could of brought locally.. you pay by weight when shipping internationally.
ouch yea that could get expensive. not sure if you have a walmart where your at but can usually find vg in a pinch but only 4oz at a time
In regards to your larger sizes of pg and vg I literally just recieved an order from them of 480ml of VG and like 240 of PG. Maybe I'm wrong but they offer pretty large sizes of both PG and VG.
But then again you may need more than 1000ml? :(

i go thru 30-60ml a day with my set up so usually get a gallon of vg and at least 500ml of pg each order so im not ordering every 2 months lol. just keep the vg pg in a cool dark place and it will last about a year or so
They may very well get this through for you. These guys care about their customers and I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if they get them delivered to you. Fingers crossed.
Yeah their level of customer service is extraordinary, and it seems it's always consistently extraordinary
Id used 2 or 3 distributors before bcf, and they were whatever. Normal-to-annoying shipping times.
But since my first order to Bull City, ive been a convert. The bottles always come neatly packaged, and expediently. I paid extra for shipping once, and somehow the next 2 orders after that came in the same amount of time, even though i got regular shipping then.
And Billy always handwrites a thank-you on my pull slip. I appreciate that lol.

Thats awesome though! Those are easily obtained, and BCF probably will just email the MSDS pdfs direct. Sucks that it took this much time/red tape, but it will arrive.
I feel bad for bull city. They said they will get it together but it might take a while because it was a large order. Extra work for them. Hopefully they add international shipping one of these days and then i won't have to deal with this pita shipping company. But even if they don't I'll take my chances and buy from them.
My only complaint with BCV is that they don't have FW Lemonade (Natural) or at least not that I could find.

Hey i was gonna put up a new post (and still plan to) They went through the data sheet and of about 30 flavours they chose 4 that they deemed prohibited and im waiting on the rest to arrive. So could of gone a lot worse. I wouldn't of received any of them if bcv hadn't been so helpful. Thanks for asking.

Wow! Thank you so much. Such good customer service im starting to feel guilty. All i can tell you is how grateful i am. I really wish i could do more.
