Capella New Marshmallow? Anybody tried this before? Haven't seen any discussion on it anywhere.
submitted about 9 years ago by waffles09

So apparently capella had to reformulate their marshmallow flavor due to a shortage on Tahitian vanilla. I was wanting to try Wayne's new recipe pillow talk but I'm not sure how this will change the flavor. Here is a link to bull city vapor's page for it. I'm assuming this happened very recently just haven't seen any buzz on it.

I can confirm this was a fairly recent change. The bad part is they didn't even tell us they were changing the flavor. We just got a shipment in and could tell right away from the color that something was off. I have not tried it personally myself but so far I have not heard anything bad about it.

I'm pretty sure that's the Marshmallow I used in Pillow Talk as well.

Awesome in that case I'll definitely be ordering. Pillow Talk looks really good and refreshing.

It is good. I've been vaping it for the past few days. I vape it off and on in the evening. I have a batch that is 10 days old and it's very nice.

I ordered it and used it specifically for pillow talk and I enjoy the mix a lot. So I mean it may not be the recipe down to the letter but it's still good. Maybe try subbing in TPA Marshmallow if you don't want to take the risk on an unknown replacement. (I would have done this but I realized I got the wrong version of CAP Marshmallow too late)

Word from the wise - that vanilla shortage is super real. Prova vanilla isn't taking new customers. Get your vanilla now because the sales forecasts already outweigh supply for the year.

So, we're talking, like, all concentrates that use vanilla from any manufacturer?

No idea man. If capella is feeling it I bet other us manufacturers will. I don't know how well inw and fa are doing. Prova is global.

I wouldn't think so, but I guess you could give it a try. It's a delicate mix and the ingredients Wayne chose work very well together.

Research. Cotton candy is just EM. and gelato is basically vbic with no diketones. Read around four percentage changes.
