So I have been mixing for a few months now and I haven't come across this problem yet. I just bought some new extracts from a new vendor so I could whip up some new liquids and even though some of them mix just fine, two of them so far do not want to mix no matter what.
I've tried shaking it vigorously dozens of times and even placed it in a hot-water bath for a few hours but the damn thing even separates in the hot water. I'm completely baffled and would appreciate it if someone could steer in me in the right direction on how I could resolve this. Here's a picture of the problem.

Man, I'm from Poland, I've been moonshining liquid for quite a long time and I literally never heard about this company. I'd go to e-dym for big choice of FA, CAP, FW and TPA aromas or to ego2 for big bottles of TPA. Also check out Inawera aromas, the above are trustworthy.
Looks oil based... You can check that! Put some of the extract on paper and let it dry.
This is the first I've heard of this method. Can you tell me more? What should good juice look like? What about oily juice?
I couldn't find any info on what they base their concentrates in but that looks like it's based in ethyl alcohol, which separates like a bitch. It could be oil based, too.
If it was PG based once you shook it the mix wouldn't separate at all like that. Nude Nicotine uses ethyl alcohol in their concentrates and I've only used a few a couple of time so I don't know how you keep it from separating like that.
I've never had anything EtOH based separate on me, it usually mixes really well. The problem is that EtOH is the ideal way to get oils into a solution, and any oils that aren't locked in a solution with the etoh will then separate from the mix. Alcohol has a very high miscibility with pg and vg.
What you're experiencing is likely an oversaturated oil flavor X alcohol solution that when mixed, allows the oversaturated oil to fall out of solution with the etoh.
Came here for more details about the inhumane amounts of shaking. I am left dissapointed, what are we classifying as "inhumane amount of shaking"?

There's an additive by TPA that emulsifies and allows oil/water to be combined more evenly but I cannot remember for the life of me what it is. That said, I'd avoid using these if they do have oils in them anyway.

TFA Smooth is FA Vape wizard semi-reverse-engineered. It's just Triacetin. Contains zero oils /u/tamachicken.
1,2-propanediol is the PG-alternative by Dupont.
My citrus flavours sometimes separate. I've also read pink lemonade is notorious for it. Do any of them have citrus fruit flavours in them?
I used to get that with licorice. That's very oily, best bet is to just shake the shit out of it each time you go to use it. But beware, that stuff can gunk your coils pretty bad.
FW Real Lemonade does this. Fix: shake it before you vape it. sometime is you pour smaller bottles you wont notice it some much. ps... if you vape that shit on the top (citrus oil) you gonna hate it...
I don't care about how it looks, I just want it to perform the way it should and with that being said, I think it would pretty frustrating to keep having to check my tank every tank I want to vape and then risk leaks from vigorous shaking when it separates. Yes, I can imagine that vaping that pure extract would be quite disgusting. Honestly? That's basically your only option... Either shake it, or throw it away, because it was made with flavorings that separate out (possibly due to heat if you're in an area that's fairly hot, but I'm totally guessing there). What I don't understand is why it seems like all of the cola flavoring has separated out. I know certain flavorings separate out naturally as they don't dissolve in VG or PG very well, but still, I'd figure more than nothing at all would dissolve...
Imo, this is probably just bad juice. Not bad in the "it's gone bad" sense, but bad in the "it's just not very good" and "was probably made with less desirable flavorings" sense... If it was mine, I'd throw it away tbh. Because there are tons of juices out there that you don't have to shake every time you vape...
A single drop of dish soap will help those mix together, plus it adds a lovely lemony flavour. Not only that, but when you vape it you can blow vape bubbles!

I get your point. New users might not get the joke, and somebody out there (who maybe doesn't understand or misses the sarcasm tag) might actually try it. Who knows, some anti-smoking SJW could use my post as ammunition to attack e-cigarettes as being dangerously poisonous!
On another hand, I think this sub has gone from being a community of experimenters to ... something else, I'm not sure how to describe it. In its attempts to be technically correct it becomes less of a community and more of a reference. But Reddit is supposed to be made of communities...
