Sugar cookies and cream

Note from the author

Save yourself the time of typing everything in!! Mix it here, and if you like this recipe follow me on ATF I don't always take the time to write out these detailed notes and have plenty of other recipes coming.

https://alltheflavors.com/recipes/7775#sugar_cookies_and_cream_by_chrisdvr1

Base

  • Butter, Biscuit and Sugar cookie

These three ingredients come together in a fantastic sugar cookie base.

Cap sugar cookie has a nice moistness to it, and inw biscuit combines with the sugar cookie to dry it out just slightly, giving you the perception of a nicely baked outer crust.

Throw in some butter to add weight and let's face it deliciousness, who doesn't like butter!!!

Secondary Note

  • Vienna cream and Fresh Cream

Along with the sweetness from the sugar cookie these two come together to give you a fantastic frosting perception. I feel like you're eating the cookie covered in buttercream.

Vienna cream also helps accent the slightly nutty Bakery notes in both biscuit and sugar cookie.

Supporting Cast

  • Hazelnut

Hazelnut does so many things here along with adding to the Nutty notes, it also has an extremely creamy quality boosting the creams along with accenting everything else.

Subs

If you don't have TFA butter you can substitute out for CAP vanilla custard, still adds weight and gives you more of a vanilla wafer cookie.

Aging

I'm really enjoying this as a shake and Vape. Couple days down the road the creams start to pop, and the hazelnut really comes through.

VEND | Sugar cookies and cream | % ---|---|---- TFA | Butter | 0.5 INW | Biscuit | .75 FA | creme fresh | 1.25 FW | Hazelnut | 0.4 Cap | Sugar cookie | 4 FA | Vienna cream | 1.25

Just added this recipe to my "to mix this weekend" batch on ATF, along with /u/ID10-T's Frosted Lemonade!

Which reminds me; six more days until I can finally try Creamy Tomatum Soup!

Thanks for this recipe and all of your flavor reviews!

EDIT: Just realized you're using TFA Butter, which I don't have. Can I sub with Cap Golden Butter, or should I stick to your suggestion to use CAP Vanilla Custard?

I was going to sub with cap butter cream whenever I get back to florida & make some money for another flavor order. I'm missing sugar cookie & butter.

Actually, good idea. CAP Butter Cream would make more sense here, wouldn't it? This'll be the only thing I change, and I'll let you know how it turns out, /u/Chrisdvr1.

I wish you would have posted this two hours earlier! I just mixed up about 11 different bottles. Guess I'll try and mix this up when I get home, this looks delicious.

Subbed CAP NYCC for Butter and LA Bav Cream for Vienna Cream. My Hazelnut is CAP instead of FW. Same %. Very nice as a S&V.

Next order will have some Butter and Vienna Cream to check this recipe out proper.

Didn't realize you used TFA Butter and not Cap Butter. So instead of subbing CAP Butter, I used Buttercream at same %.

Let you know how it turns out.

Anyone who made this with butter cream care to comment on how it came out? See several people mentioned they subbed butter with it, but they never came back!
