Mouthfeel

Light on the tongue and nose, with a odd chalky mouthfeel daylight density even for a fruit flavoring 3 out of 10.

Throat Hit  2/10

Flavor Properties

Sweet and tangy, not artificial but not exactly authentic it finds a place somewhere in between. slightly earthy, very very juicy, this flavoring has great balance.

Relatable Flavors

Remind me of a real fruit freezer pop, one of those slightly healthier options with just a little extra sweetener added to make it more of a dessert.

Position In The Recipe

This is a very versatile flavor and easy to use. Use it as part of a fruit base, or as an accent, to give a nice citrus note and bring out creams and other fruits.

Not too bad of a stand-alone flavor but I get the feeling it needs a little extra something.

Pairings

Cereals, berries, tobacco's, chocolate, creams, bakeries, spice flavorings, and savory flavors such as zen garden.

Notes

This is on the top of my list of orange flavorings, definitely my favorite followed closely by Mandarin, and Sweet Tangerine which I guess isn't really an orange.
