Melon (INW) - Holy crap !
submitted about 9 years ago by Apocrisiary

Just received a order from Inawera, first time trying their flavors. And I just had to post about this flavor. I'm no pro so my notes are probably lacking, but I've tried my fair share of melons and this is by faaaaaaaaar the best one yet. It's so yummy! The one's I tried before this one: Cap Cantaloupe, Cap Sweet Watermelon, TPA Cantaloupe, TPA Watermelon, TPA Honeydew and FW's Candy Watermelon.

Tried at 2% on a Petri v2, fused claptons 0.24 ohm 55w. 1 week steep. 4mg 80VG

This taste exactly like a Yellow (canary) Melon. Natural and refreshing. For those that haven't tried that, it's like a very moist, slightly sweet honeydew, with a hint of watermelon.

If you like melon flavors this is a must have!

I tend to favor FLV Wild Melon, but I agree, this is an awesome melon!

I'll have to remember that on my next order. I'm a melon nut, and haven't tested any FLV yet.

Check it out man, I don't think you'll be disappointed. Easily one of their finest flavors.

I'll second that. Wild Melon is a fantastic flavor.

I've got INW melon but haven't cracked it open yet. I guess I know what I'll be testing next.

It's fantastic. I subbed it for melon in Wayne's dewy boba clone and it's excellent.

Interesting, I was missing the melon in that recipe maybe I'll sub this in and give it a go

Thanks for the review! INW has not let me down so far. May pick this up.

For future reviews, if you're interested in a more concise method of single flavor testing, check out this post. Helped me a lot.. https://www.reddit.com/r/DIY_eJuice/comments/4fdevi/modest_monday_reviewing_flavors/

Its a shame that it got a little plastic taste common in some fruits from Inawera, but I have to agree it's an awesome flavor and if you don't tried the watermelon go get it, you'll never use LA watermelon again.

I repack all my flavors into glass as soon as I get them. Good to hear on the watermelon, picked that up as well. Though I haven't had time to try it yet.

Sure is! Trying to make myself a summer ADV, creams and bakery flavors is a little to "heavy" for me in this heat.

I've been using:

                  INW Melon 2%

                  INW Cactus 0.5%

                  CAP Cucumber 1.5%

It's nice and refreshing, but it's still missing "something".

Finally got my summer ADV recipe. I don't like mint/menthols though, but I see no issue adding.

                INW Melon 2%

                INW Cactus 0.6%

                INW Pineapple 0.5%

                CAP Cucumber 1.5%

                Sweetner (Sucr. 10% solut.) 1.2%

1 drop MTS Vape Wizard (0.02gr) pr 10 ml.

80/20 VG-PG Might want to lower the Sweetener or skip it altogether, but I like this one sweet.

Just thought I'd share :)
