Flavor Properties
Sweet strong honey flavor that stands out on top, with a light creaminess and a hint of what I believe is hazelnut.
Relatable Flavors
This reminds me of honey candies like bit-o-honey, and homemade honey taffy.
Position In The Recipe
Should work well as a base to build upon, but I think it's best application it's going to be as a accent, adding a little honey flavoring and sweetness to a recipe.
Pairings
Bakeries, creams, other candies, and tobaccos.
Notes
Here is some more information on nougat along with a recipe for pure honey Taffy one of my favorites.

my initial notes on it:
gooey rich nougat. the center of a baby ruth with bits of chocolate and peanuts still stuck to it. flavor smooths out to become more creamy on the exhale. think it's fitting for an up front flavor at 2%. need to make a snickers bar with this.
This sounds like exactly what I was hoping for, I just got a lot of honey. One of the flavorings I got on that 70% off RTS sale and I'm starting to wonder how well these flavors work mixed and treated before sending out. I had a similar experience with exotic fruits another redditor had a completely opposite experience for my own.
I'm way late to the dance here, but I also ordered it from RTS... And considering I recieved a few flavors with ~1/4" of sediment on the bottom, I'd say they've all been bottled and sitting for a long while. I was not able to re dissolve this sediment, unfortunately.
just tried out my 2 month old tester of it. the chocolate and peanut nuances faded out, but it still has the thick nougat flavor. I get a slight honey note that you pointed out but it still reminds me of chocolate bar nougat. gives me flashbacks of my childhood eating look candy bars at my grandmas house.

I think there are two flavors with two different spellings but are almost identical I'm curious which one of these two you have made explain the difference.
Thx 4 the extra notes always appreciated.
Can you blow a cloud of this on someone and have him or her tell you whether it smells like cat piss? Please?
Another awesome review.
How do you think this would pair with FA Torrone?
Very well I was thinking a one-to-one ratio Maybe
Cool. I don't have INW Nougat yet, but I love FA Torrone by itself and have been desperately searching for something to go well with it that isn't fruity, creamy, or custardy. This sounds like a really good pairing. So far I've had luck with different nut flavorings and TFA RY4 Double, but I think this and other tobacco concentrates would pair well with it.
Someone PLEASE make a Toblerone!
Ps. Thanks for review!!
