Mouth Feel
Heavy on the pallet and light on the nose, with a very light effervescence coming through.
Throat Hit 1/10
Flavor Properties
Very strong grape flavor, bright and pronounced, sweet and syrupy. And I feel as though I'm getting a light background Apple flavor.
Relatable Flavors
Reminds me of my grandmother's homemade grape juice, with just a little extra fizz.
Off Flavors
Nothing really off here the syrupy aspect does leave a slight aftertaste but not unpleasant, and there is no alcohol warmth coming from this flavor which I expected from the name.
Position In The Recipe
Base, if you're looking to make a grape anything. Should work well as an accent brightening up other fruits along with adding sweetness, and when using with creams believe it will come out as a top note.
Pairings
Fruits, berries, tropical fruits, and savory flavors.
Notes In my opinion this is more of a grape flavoring.

Rating 90/100
Please if your opinion differs, or you have another review for this post it in the comments. Will help the master list with multiple reviews in one spot.
1-10 how would you rate the effervescence?
4/10 it's there but I was hoping for more
Literally....hopping around....like...like a bunny rabbit?
Literally don't think you understood the question he was asking how I would rate the effervescence which are rated 4 out of 10 the original rating up 1 out of 10 was for the throat hit. Never been accused of hopping like a bunny but fucking like one is always fun ;)
Love your reviews but I couldn't disagree more with this one.
I get zero fizzy feeling with this one.
Also, It tastes like Welches Grape/Apple Juice that was left out in the sun.
Mixing this flavor with vanilla or creams will cause a disgusting medicine flavor as if you mixed milk and dimetap together.
Not only that this flavor is toxic strong. This is very similar to their Cactus flavoring. You put one drop in ANY mix and it will ruin/alter it.
Second opinion...avoid the flavor at all costs and just get TFA Champagne for fizzy.
I'm glad somebody actually had another opinion. My feeling is this is more of a grape flavoring then it is a sparkling wine or champagne I definitely agree TFA champagne has the most fizz probably followed by real flavors ginger ale which is less harsh and easier to use I haven't tried it with anything but fruit so far and the flavor I'm getting seems like it should pair well with cream but I haven't tried it I'll let you know
Haven't tried RF yet. You recommend them in general?
Our company got an email from them and I didn't immediately trash bin it so we might have to test a few of those.
Seriously, good stuff with the reviews though. I don't/didn't want to come off as a rude in the slightest.
Think I'm going to take the cream off the pairings list I just tried it with cookie juice I gave been Steeping 4 3 weeks and it was definitely weird.
I'm also curious how long you let it steep when you tried it?
Only a week to be honest.
I definitely don't have the patience you do. :)
Well it's better than no time at all. I lack the patience as well, but when I mix these single flavor tests I rarely test them right away. I have 3 kids and a whole list of other responsibilities, so it's usually just a matter of wow I can't believe it's been that long and I just getting to it.
