Mouth Feel

Flavor on the front of the palate. Somewhat thin mouthfeel.

Throat Hit 1/10

Flavor Properties

Light, fluffy cake. Slight hint of coconut(?) or maybe just the faintest hint of anise. Brings a sweetness to the flavor that is really unique, and not very pronounced at all.

Relatable Flavors

FLV Coconut due to the buttery coconut flesh flavor,

Off Flavors

The coconut/anise note may be a bit much for people that are sensitive to anise. It's a very much baked coconut/anise, not like black licorice.

Base. Meant to be built upon.

Pairings

I can imagine this going well with FA cookie, CAP sugar cookie, some butterscotch or caramel flavors.

Yes, everyone loves the way it tastes, unless their buds are broken. But nobody likes the coil-gunking and some people are concerned about getting cancer from the fructose it contains.

Fructose? But doesn't fructose burn if you vape it? I still sort of new to this, but I could swear I read something about that. is there a list of 'dangerous flavourings out there' I been vaping YC for a good while now. Waiting for my Nonna cake now too. hopefully that will help me on my quest to replicate my moms pineapple upside down cake in juice form. Learn something new everyday. I am going to guess that is why people badmouth FW. i have no idea it was dangerous in the slightest. Definitely didn't stop smoking just to get cancer from fucking vaping.

It tastes like real pound cake. The anise or coconut, or rootzlike flavor isn't strong. It's just kind of like a moist, floral vanilla.

I thought I tasted a hint of lemon. But I haven't worked with it at all, just opened it the mail today and it was in it. So all I got was a "back of the hand" taste so I'm probably wrong.

Damn. I was really hoping for the YC replacement. The only flavors I avoid at all costs in juice are coconut and anise (I like to eat them but in juice it just makes me nauseous). Thanks for the review, at least I won't be buying a flavor I can't use.

The concentrate tastes like a pound cake that is vaguely French? It definitely has a hint of some sort of root or subtle sweet note.

It almost sounds like (based on your description) FLV Chocolate Deutsch sans chocolate....because of the light coconut note.

It's not that type of coconut note. You know how in some white cakes you will get a note that is somewhat reminiscent of coconut? It's more like a subdued taste and a feeling. That's why the best I could do was describe it as an anise/coconut flavor. It's not quite anise, not quite coconut, but more of a coconut oil/floral root flavor. Very hard to describe.
