##FW Butterscotch Ripple##
Summary
SUCH A DAMN GOOD BUTTERSCOTCH. Sweet, creamy, butterscotchy butterscotch. Super creamy. Almost like a butterscotch ice cream. Creamy to a fault in my opinion. So creamy it needs another butterscotch or caramel to really tone it in to a nice butterscotch. I feel like this is an essential flavoring to an arsenal, especially if you like butterscotch and super decadent desserts.
On the Nose
Orgasmic. Just f'in awesome butterscotch.

Quick Recipe: Butterscotch Banana Frozen Custard
Ratio: 20G/80VG
Steep: 1 week
- TFA Banan Cream @ 4%
- FLV Butterscotch @ 2%
- FW Butterscotch Ripple @ 3%
- CAP Vanilla Custard v1 @ 2%
- TFA Vanilla Bean Ice Cream @ 3%
- HS Banana @ 0.75%
FW Butterscotch makes this recipe super decadent and is definitely a part of the main profile, but without the FLV Butterscotch it's a bit too creamy and not quite as butterscotch forward as you want it to be. To anyone who wants to mix this up and doesn't have HS Banana, you can try upping the Banana Cream, subbing for FA Banana @ 1-1.25%, or just leaving it out; all it does is bring the banana more forward
##Bonus Recipe: Pistachio RY4-U by /u/ENYAWREKLAW
Ratio: 30PG/70VG
Steep: 1 week MINIMUM; 2-3 Weeks for full development
- TFA Pistachio @ 2%
- TFA RY4 Double @ 3%
- TFA Vanilla Swirl @ 3%
- CAP Sugar Cookie @ 4%
- FW Butterscotch Ripple @ 3%
- TFA Sweetener @ 0.5%
This recipe introduced the world (ok, maybe not the world, but certainly me and probably a lot of other people) to the glories of FW Butterscotch Ripple. IMO this is a damn near perfect application of FW Butterscotch Ripple. It accents all of the flavors perfectly, lends some creaminess and sweetness, and just is f'in awesome.
For anyone interested, ECX offers a pre-made concentrate of this recipe, so literally all you need to do is add in 15.5% of the concentrate, add nic (if desired), add PG, add VG, and you're off to the races.
Is this different than FW Butterscotch?
Do you think banana cream with work in this recipe do not have Hanks and banana.
Which Banana Cream? TFA? Yeah I'd prob increase the % from 4 to 5 or 6 if you want to get the banana to come more to the front.
There can be only one banana cream TFA banana cream does banana cream has cut the heads off of other banana creams. And now is on a one-to-one battle with Lauren's banana cream.
I must be feeling pretty goofy today thanks for the info brother.
There's a lot of people who can't find ButterRipple. It's a shame because it's very unique. But if anyone is trying to replace it, work with a caramel and cream rather than a butterscotch because the flavor profile is closer to that. You won't be able to make ButterRipple with any of the butterscotches on the market because they are too sharp.
Thank you so much for the review, this sounds amazing...just added to the list. I have been seeing a lot of recipes with RY4 lately. That is actually the eliquid that got me off cigs. Only thing I vaped for the 1st 6 months. Never thought of mixing with it, just grew out of the tobacco I thought. Thinking I might have to give it a try again, I've only had premixed juice with it. Is the TFA RY4Double a good one?
It's pretty good for an RY4, I think you could probably find a better one though. It's definitely a little more on the caramel side than the tobacco, and the tobacco I think comes off a little plastic-y sometimes. I haven't used any other RY4s or many tobaccos, but the ones I've tried from INW lead me to believe there's better ones out there.
