##FLV Rich Cinnamon##

Summary
This is it guys, the bakery cinnamon. Look no further. Use it like you would cinnamon in the culinary world.

It is a tad steep at $12.50/15ml, but it is well worth it. Not only is it the best bakery cinnamon available, it is super concentrated; you won't be using this one any higher than 0.5%. I've found this to add the perfect accent to a bakery as low as 0.15%, and makes for a great flavorful cinnamon kick at 0.3%. What I find particularly awesome about this flavoring its range. Keep in mind though, if you want to bring it way up for a spicy, red-hot cinnamon, you may want a different cinnamon since this one gets pretty dry for me over 0.75%, but the dryness does calm down after some steep time.

It is kind of hard to work with as is, so making a dilution of this one (10% FLV Rich Cinnamon:90% PG) may make it easier to handle.

On the Nose
A deep, rich, spicy cinnamon; smells semi-sweet

Usage
Stand alone: 0.5%. Not sure why you would vape this solo, but hell, you can!

In a mix: <0.1-0.5% Depending if you're looking for a touch of spice, or a hearty baked cinnamon.

Throat
Mild, when used at recommended %s; gets dry at higher %s

Pairings
Bakeries, Creams, apple, banana, pear, caramel, butterscotch, tobacco.

Avoid
Citrus, melons, tropical profiles (you might be able to work it, but it will be difficult).

Steep
3-4 days. Spices don't generally need a lot of time, but since this one is so concentrated, it's a good idea to let it homogenize.

Quick Recipe: Apple Filling
Ratio: 15PG/85VG
Steep: 3-4 Days

  • FA Fuji @ 2%
  • FA Liquid Amber @ 1%
  • FLV Rich Cinnamon @ 0.5%
  • TFA Brown Sugar Extra @ 0.75%

Not my most proud recipe, but a fairly simple one that really lets the FLV Rich Cinnamon shine. You really get to push it to the limit here and let the main profile be that delicious bakery cinnamon, sitting on top of a baked apple with just a touch of brown sugar to sweeten it up.

##Awesome Recipes##

Awesome Apple Pie by /u/Botboy141
Dutchie - A Delicious Stroopwafel by /u/RuntDastardly

Not my recipes, but thank you to the creators for perfectly using this amazing ingredient. I feel like these two recipes play on the opposite ends of the spectrum of FLV Rich Cinnamon to show its versatility and at only a difference of 0.15%.

  • At 0.3%, Botboy141's Apple Pie lets FLV Rich Cinnamon sort of be the star of the show. What you get is a great flakey crust, and an amazing apple pie filling that is perfectly balanced between apple and cinnamon, pushing the FLV Rich Cinnamon to its boundaries and really showing you what this flavor is all about.

  • At 0.15%, RuntDastardly's Dutchie is using just a touch of the cinnamon to accent the mix. What this does here is really give some depth and flavor to the waffle, as well as accenting the maple/brown sugar/brulee cream mixture to bring this mix in to a different realm. You really don't even notice it the cinnamon, but it's what pushes an already great recipe in to perfection.

Outside of vaping... Someone on In the Mix (I think /u/NotCharlesManson (someone correct me if wrong)) mentioned just soaking toothpicks in it...it's THAT good!

Yeah I've heard in Coffee it works great too. Might have to bring it to work and spice up the coffee a bit to give it a go lol.

yeah this stuff is awesome, I use it all the time now. It mixes great with ripe banana both at .5%. Add some creams and bakeries in there and you have yourself a delicious mix. Here is my favorite creation so far along those lines: http://e-liquid-recipes.com/recipe/433733/Monkey+Mix

The only reason I have this flavor concentrate is because of this recipe and it's fantastic. If you haven't tried it with FLV Rich Cinnamon please do. The only thing I will say is it does have the tendency to gunk up some coils/cotton. :\

Dang, that looks super yummy, I'll have to pick up the CAP Danish Swirl now to try this out!

You won't regret it. Just don't forget to let it steep for just about a week. It was perfect after letting it before a bit. Just be warned, it's definitely not a shake and vape.

Can confirm, that recipe is a hall of famer. I always have a bottle of it on hand, even though I'm trying not to touch it again until fall. (I'm kind of a stickler about "seasonal recipes" with my cooking/cocktails and now mixing.)

You will be blown away by how tart and jellied the apple filling is, and how well the bakeries stand up to it. It's kinda' ruined me for all other apple recipes.

Yes. This is probably my favorite recipe. It's freakin amazing. I keep a bottle of it on hand and usually a spare to give away.

Ive only ever made one bottle in a 10ml. What would you say is the perfect amount of steeping time?

I steep mine about a week usually. Others may suggest differently.

Thanks for the flavor notes, and thanks for the mention!

FLV Rich Cinnamon is one of those flavors that I put in the "it's so good it's almost cheating" category. I feel bad for my other cinnamon flavors, because I haven't touched a single one of them since I got it.

Trust: it's true about the sticker shock not even being an issue. I use it a lot and I still know that I'll die before I ever have to re-order another 15ml bottle.

I bought myself a bottle of this when we first started selling FLV in the DIY shop. It stays on my desk at all times for my morning coffee. 2 drops in a 20oz cup is perfect. For those worried about the cost, I have had this same bottle for 5 or 6 months, and it is still half full. It will last you a LONG time! It's a must have for everyone that likes bakery cinnamon flavor.

And also, you guys sell it in 5mL so that's the perfect size!

I need this. I've got this Cinnamon Roll recipe I made up that needs that dark ring of cinnamon inside the roll flavor. CDS isn't full enough, sounds right up the alley.

This is that oeey, gooey roll...it's fuggin delish.

It would go perfect in that recipe! I put a drop of it in my custard and it's amazing. Go to gremlindiy and you can get it in 5mL instead of 15mL
