I basically messed up my own order twice. They replied to emails super fast, fixed my situation no questions asked. My package got delivered today and shipped out friday. Nice dudes.
Bull City made themselves my permanent go-to for flavors pretty quickly. Everything was packaged nicely, they wrote a quick "thank you" on my receipt, and I get the occasional extra strawberry or watermelon (two most ordered flavors) bottle thrown in sometimes. I have dozens of flavors I've never even tried yet, since I get on a roll when adding them to the cart and think "eh, for $2 why not."
OT: If you don't mind sharing what watermelon flavor are you getting that you like so much? I've tried 3 so far and they taste very weak, even the upping percentages and it still has no ooomph to it.
I work right down the road from the folks at BCV and they are all extremely nice people. Seeing walls of 4oz bottles makes me drool a little.
I love BCV, I always order tons of flavors but forget the one I find the most important every time. So I always put in a second order right after I place one, they always credit my account with the shipping on that second order even though I've never asked them too. Sometimes they also send along extras which is nice. But the real bonus is they send the stuff out directly, I've never had problems with my orders, it always arrives in a timely manner and packed as to insure it will outlast anything the FedEx/USPS can do to it on it's journey here.
Haven't received extras from them yet (which is fine, zero expectation other that what I ordered), but I once did place a quick second order for a flavor I left out, and they voluntarily (no request on my end) combined the order with the first and credited my bcv account with the shipping charges.
They have the best plastic bottles too, if I remember correctly. The ones with the black caps (although I think they're advertised as white ones).
PET bottles (clear and harder than common LDPE bottles). The cap color has really nothing to do with it--they're available in all kinds of colors.
Bull City is the best. I got sent someone else's order by mistake so I emailed them and got a reply in just over 12 hours. They told me to keep the product, then later that evening CALLED ME to touch base about it, then in the email with my new tracking number was a 20% coupon code for my next order. I highly, highly recommend them to everyone whenever possible.

I made my first order from BCV Friday night and I'll be damned if it didn't show up in the mail today (Monday).

Never got an extra but that certainly would be appreciated as i am a long time customer.
Shipping cost is my biggest issue since i live 3 hours away , it's expensive.
I just add random flavors until I get free shipping. Probably why I have so many unused bottles in my arsenal.
You are their ideal customer for sure . They should lower the amount before free shipping kicks in.
$50.00 is plenty and would make a big difference .
