I came up with this mobile setup when I was starting. I have added a new bin since then, but it works for me. The main goal was to contain all those offensive odors, thereby pacifying her. Keep it all in a dark corner of my closet and take to the kitchen table to play.

This may be where I head but, /u/ID10-T had a great suggestion of a makeup case. Nice work

I feel your pain. I'm not stuck in the kitchen, but have limited animal free space in my apartment. I've got one of those plastic drawer things from Walmart that sit about 4 feet tall and have 2 small top drawers that slid out, and 3 bigger bottom ones.

But, do to the amount of bottles in the drawers, I'm still doing the "lift every bottle up to read what flavor it is before I find the one I need" dance. Which when you have over 100 bottles gets kinda annoying. Obviously I've got a small idea of were things are, but I'd love to have a setup that I could see all the bottle labels at any time of the flavors I own.

My collection grew in mere days exponentially so, I hear you about the 100 bottles.

I never thought I'd own 100+ flavors. Even more so, never thought I'd own that many and still be missing enough flavors to not be able to make 70% of the recipes I see, lol. I guess that will just make me a better mixer in the long run since I have to come up with a substitute for the one flavor I'm missing out of all those recipes. I swear, if the recipe sounds like something I love.... I'm always missing just 1 damn flavor from it.

Google things like "nail polish display stand" and "makeup display case" and "portable nail polish organizer"

Good call... Do you use a specific one?

The one I use rotates and because it comes apart, it is best to leave it in one place. The kitchen table is my mixing station, and the nail polish stand turned DYI-flavor organizer is in the bedroom. I grab the flavors I need and take them to the table and put them back when I'm done. Larger bottles of flavoring, PG, and VG have a desk drawer. If you want a portable one, it looks like there are tons of options. The point is, the smaller 10 to 15ml bottles are just the right size for anything designed to organize, store, and display nail polish.

I remember seeing stuff about this posted few months back on different setups. Search bar should show up some stuff.

Google 'wooden tool chest' at Harbor Freight. This is what my fiancee uses to keep all his juices and parts organized. It's attractive to look at and does the job perfectly!

I was just about to suggest that exact same thing. I use one too! And the two larger drawers on the bottom work great for 120ml bottles too.

I use a few different things for storage ...

I use the little drawers to the left for my Syringes, Nozzles, Caps, Bottles, ETC.

I use the nail polish/varnish racks in the middle for my Flavour Concentrates.

I use the toolbox to the right for Nicotine, VG, PG and other concentrates.

Then i throw it all in a big box ...

Fellow mixer without a dedicated mixing lab here.

I've been using a parts organizer from Home Depot, which is cheap and works well for a smallish collections of 30mL and smaller bottles. I recently bought someone's whole concentrate collection, about 70 flavors, and now I don't know what to do.

For 4 oz. and other taller bottles, I got a nice deep bin at Walmart (right style, not sure exactly which size as I'm not at home to look right now) for like $4 that I like.

>all the syringes

Well there is one problem easy to fix right there.

Throw out all your syringes and start mixing by weight.

I already do but I use pipettes for larger bottles of flavor.

If you're looking for a tacklebox sort of thing, Plano is the brand that's been around forever. They have a bajillion different sizes and the prices tend to be pretty reasonable. I think SKB makes similar types of carriers too, but you'd have to check their website.

I just looked on Amazon. Is this the 14" case?

Ya, 14" long, 8.5" wide (when box is closed), 9" tall. Unfortunately, it's unbranded so I can't tell you exact product info. *Stolen from Mom's basement storage pile of mess.

I have a feeling the top rows of shelves will get filled with flavors sool and I'll have to juggle things around to keep organized but this is an awesome start.
