RDA/ Velocity

% Used/ 1

Coil/ Clapton W/ 45

Steep Time/3 weeks Wicking/ Full

PG/VG 50/50 Nic% 0

Mouth Feel - Light on the palate, heavy on the nose. Moderately dense for a fruit flavoring, 5 out of 10. Very slight throat hit.

Flavor Properties- Crisp and juicy with the perfect sweet-tart snap,a very realistic Fuji apple, (I swear I can taste the skin of the Apple, and the sweet perfect fruit underneath) natural sugar flavor you'd expect from an apple without tasting artificial.

Relatable Flavors - All in the name it's seriously like eating the perfect Fuji apple not a Granny Smith not a Golden Delicious just spot-on Fuji apple.

Off Flavors - Slightly odd syrupy aftertast.

Position In The Recipe - This is a top note or a fantastic base in any fruit recipe. Could also be used at very low percentages to add a sugar flavor.

Pairings- The list goes on and on here, just open your collection look at every flavor you have and Fuji is going to pair up very nicely.

Please if your opinion differs, or you have another review for this post it in the comments this will help the master list with multiple views in one spot.

I'm generally not a huge fan of apple vapes, but this flavor changed my mind on that. It really is a realistic apple taste and fairly distinctive in a recipe even at low percentages.

Great write-up.

Ever try Wayne's Apple Butter Oatmeal Cookie recipe? I've gone through a couple hundred milliliters of this stuff and just started mixing it a week or so ago. I swapped the FA Apple Pie and Fuji percentages and upped the almond by .25 as well as the cookie and added .5% INW Biscuit to bring out the bakery flavors a bit more, but damn it's so good.

I haven't, but I actually have all that stuff including your additions so I might have to give it a whirl. Looking at the recipe, the first thing I thought was that I'd add a little more Almond.

I use this to add tartness to fruit bases. Best apple out for that fresh taste.

My opinion does not differ much. Fuji is awesome. So tasty, so versatile. You described it better than I could have. I'm surprised you got an odd syrupy aftertaste at 1%. I had to go all the way up to 4% to get that. 3% Fuji makes a great standalone flavor for me.

Have you tried mixing it with FA Liquid Amber?

When you try them just the two of them together it's nothing spectacular, but you'll hear it calling out to you, begging you to add other ingredients to turn it into an apple pie, apple tart, every kind of apple pastry imaginable, apple butter, apple cider, etc.

Anyone else notice how this flavor completely falls off in just one day? It's super potent when first mixed then almost all the flavor disappears for me.

Just steep it for 3-4 weeks and it will be golden. There's no point in vaping anything next day.
