Ok, so I definitely care if my juices contain diacetyl, acetyl propionol, and acetoin. Except unlike most of the vaping public, I care to include them. I use Cap Vanilla Custard v1 at 5% minimum in all of my ADVs, I am an absolute whore to custards/creams/buttery goodness. I know what D/A/AP taste like, and I like it in my juice.
Cap Golden Butter does not quite do it, and the flavor it imparts is a bit strange. It's almost like it's just the underlying sensation of butter when mixed with other flavors, rather than a straight diacetyl-rich butter. Due to a seeming aversion to producing diketone-heavy flavors by flavor manufacturers used for vaping these days, I started looking outside the normal channels for a butter flavor. I have found several with suitable ingredients (PG, water, flavor), but the two I have actually tried (Watkins from walmart, and one other brand I forget) are far too watery, and not nearly concentrated enough to warrant use in e-juice.
So, my question is, do any of you know of a PG based flavoring, preferably butter flavor, that contains D/A/AP, doesn't have a bunch of dyes and preservatives, and is concentrated enough to use realistically? Also, what else is known to have the most diketones, as far as currently available flavorings go?

Scroll down to suppliers, you can buy straight diacetyl.
Wow, noice. I always wondered how /u/abdada got his hands on pure D.
Have you purchased from the link you posted? Any recommendation on good D supplier from the list?
Nah. Love me some CAP VC V1 and other buttery, creamy flavors, but I don't have much interest in vaping just diacetyl or adding extra diacetyl to things. But apparently OP does, so lets tell him where to get some, pop some microwave popcorn, and see what happens.
Forget the whole diketone argument.. I'll never understand why people enjoy butter flavoured vapour o.O
I'd say Capella NY cheesecake. I don't even know if they make a V2 version, but just in case, buy V1.
This flavor should be named buttersauce with a side of butter.
TFA French Vanilla could be a candidate if you enjoy the butter flavor in CAP VC1 , I believe some brands of coconut top the lists in terms of diketones
only TFA French Vanilla DELUX has the diketones.. all other variants of french van made by TFA are diketone free!
Edit : and in rechecking, it does NOT have diacetyl, only Acetoin & Acetylpropionyl
FA Butter. Opening up the bottle it smells exactly like melted butter. Even as low as 1 drop per 10 ml it adds buttery goodness to a recipe. Not sure of the amount but Flavour Art lists it as not for vaping because it contains "Diacetyl and/or related diketones".
