[Vendor Review] - GremlinDIY

I felt like I had to post this after having an absolutely exemplary experience ordering from GremlinDIY.

For us Australians it can be difficult to get all the concentrates we want from one single vendor, BullCityVapor sadly do not ship internationally and ECX are always out of stock on plenty of their range.

I made my first order with the gremlins 2 weeks ago and soon realised I had forgotten many items that I had on my wishlist. After a very speedy response they put my order on hold somewhere and allowed me to combine a second order with my existing one without having to pay for the shipping twice.

After my second order was placed, it only took 7 days from dispatch to arrival (a few minutes ago) and the cost of the shipping was a mere $15. The cost of this shipping was the cheapest I have ever paid from a U.S vendor and arrived faster than any U.S. order I've ever placed.

I am absolutely overjoyed with the existence of this concentrate vendor and highly recommend anyone and everyone to try them out and to support someone who has given so much to our community.

Prices were a 10/10
Customer service was a 10/10 (extremely friendly)
Product range probably gets an 8/10 (could use a bit more INW range)
Shipping cost and speed gets 1832.3/10
Packaging 10/10 (everything neatly organised in a nice little box with no room wasted (better for the environment and no leaks))

The only reason I will not order something from Gremlin DIY is if they don't have a flavoring I need. Even if it costs a little more. Simply because of their impeccable customer service and the fact that they know how to pack their items correctly! Plus they are all just all-around good people. Glad you also have had a great experience ordering from them!

If you have specific flavor requests you can post it in their company specific sub and they'll consider adding it. Consider meaning most everything that is asked for is added quickly, as long as it is available.

Thanks for this, it's exactly what I've been needing! Got fed up with the main Aussie suppliers always being out of stock of the concentrates I need and only being able to get half the order I want. I'll definitely give these guys a try!

They are the only place I order from anymore. I got a 15ml bottle of FA Marshmellow and only received about 11 or 12mls of it in the bottle. I emailed them about the issue and moments after they replied they sent an email conformation saying they sent me a new 15ml bottle of it.

Their customer service is excellent and order accuracy is always 100% correct. I will always order from them as long as they keep it up.

Speaking as a US resident, it's even more special. I receive Gremlin orders 2-3 days after ordering, along with all the other perks you mentioned.

I placed my first order with Gremlin during the Memorial Day sale. The packaging surprised me: the box looked way too small for the number of line items I had, but everything was there. It was the only flavor order out of ten or so I've ever received where literally nothing leaked.

The main reason I'll use Gremlin again next time is that they have more size options than most of the other vendors offer. I've got way too many 30mLs of concentrates that will go bad before I can use them up.

I wish these vendors offered 30 ml in more flavors , this choice of 10 ml or 4 oz is terrible.

I'm always happy reading reviews like this. I'm glad the delivery made it with no issues!

I will warn those ordering international though, that although MOST arrive on time and are relatively fast, there are still those that for whatever reason can still take over a month. We sent out a package at the end of March that is still not delivered, but at least it updated to making it through customs finally! :)

Just wondering how you send it? I try mix juices here in the US and I want to post them to my sister in Australia, but the post office kinda goes nuts about posting liquids. Do you use a special label or have a business account?

That is my biggest gripe I had with ECX. I made my first order from them and forgot a couple of items... The only thing they gave was a 15% discount on my next order... Needless to say, there wasn't a next order.

I'm glad there are great vendors who actually are willing to work with customers.
