(Recipe) Don't post alot. Decided to contribute with a recipe we almost released to market but decided against. It's still insanely delicious (Apple-Bacco)
submitted about 9 years ago by SadPandaVapesMixologist

Apple-bacco (Sad Panda Vape)

Ingredient|% :---|---: 10% Ethyl Maltol (TPA)|1 Butterscotch Ripple (FW)|6 Double RY4 (TPA)|3.5 Fuji Apple (FA)|1.5 Vanilla Custard v1 (CAP)|3

Flavor total: 15%

Remember to rate it at e-liquid-recipes.com!

Recipe breakdown:

Butterscotch ripple - This flavor is awesome. Light butterscotch flavor that feels like a mix of VBIC and Butterscotch regular. blends perfet in this recipe and gives it the fullness it needs.

Double Ry4 - Fantastic staple of tobacco flavors. At this % it gives the perfect hint of tobacco and the caramel aspect of double ry4 melds fantastic with the other creams.

Fuji Apple - Do I need to explain this gem of a flavor?

Vanilla Custard - Gives the missing vanilla twinge we felt it was missing. CAP Custard has this intangible fullness and vanilla/caramel punch that puts this recipe over the top.

Ethyl Maltol - Helps the Tobacco and apple not be too dry. Can be made without easily.

Keep on mixing! <3 you all

Not only do I have all this, but it uses Butterscotch Ripple, which has been my favorite flavor as of late. This is getting made.

Less than 5 minutes old, it's already delicious. The Fuji sits right where it needs to without being overpowering, and all the elements work together very well. I can't wait to see what some time does to it!

It'll get much thicker feeling when vaping after a good steep. The fuji surprisingly stays about the same strength after steeping a while.

I'm curious. Why did you decide against releasing this recipe? And what's your company called? Great recipe btw.

Sorry for the delayed response. Just saw this message.

We were working on this and another variant when all the FDA news came out.

The variant is an apple-jacks donut sort of profile. Testers prefered the donut.

Decided against releasing anything and saving on budget until things became clearer.

Our company is called Sad Panda Vape and we are a small e-liquid company based out of central Texas.

I would link to our site but I am not sure if that would be against sub rules.

I just wanted to give my feedback. 5 days in and this is wonderful! I placed an order for Butterscotch Ripple partly because it seems to be the flavor of the month here:), but mostly because this looked so appealing. I can already tell it is getting thicker vs day one, and look forward to what a full month will do. Thanks for posting!

Unrelated question: Do you mind telling me which donut flavor you have had the best luck with? I have not picked up a single one, mostly because there doesnt seem to be a clear winner, at least around here.

Glad you are enjoying.

Capella has the best donut flavors. Both are good.

Avoid TPA Frosted Donut like the plague.

Have all those ingredients so I'm going to mix this tonight and see what it's like. Looks like it needs to be steeped at least a month so don't expect a review any time soon :)

If you don't mind me asking, why did you decide against releasing this to the market?

We were going to push up to 6 flavors by the end of year but with FDA regulations we decided against releasing new flavors until everything was at least slightly more figured out.

And you are right...this recipe needs to steep for at least a week.

Just mixed it up, smells amazing as is. Now that I think about it, I'm surprised that I've never seen a tobacco apple mix considering that apple shisha is pretty popular. Going to be patient though, will comment and rate on the recipe site after I feel the steeping is done.

Dunnow about a week though, most of these recipes with RY4 that I've tried needs a minimum of 2 weeks, usually longer.

> I'm surprised that I've never seen a tobacco apple mix

Especially since a slice of apple is a traditional way of keeping pipe tobacco moist in the pouch.

I just made a RY4 recipe as well! I included some Vanilla for Pipe by INW because for some reason Vanilla Tobacco flavors always interested me... I bought a vanilla cigarette once and hated it but could tell underneath the vanilla was awesome with the earthy flavor of tobacco, the ashy taste ruined it for me.

Definitely will try this too since they both have to steep for a week or two.

Vanilla and tobacco I think is a strange mix as well but it is so enticing.

How dare you!? Before I quit smoking, my favorite mix was Virgina Gold and some Premium Vanilla. Vanilla + Tobacco is the smoker's Peanut Butter + Chocolate!

I make a flavor similar to this, using Fuji, RY4 double and bourbon. Mine is super good, and I love the RY4/Fuji combo, so I'll have to try this.

Buy Fuji. You're welcome.

Green Apple TFA/CAP can be used instead but just get Fuji. It's the best apple flavor around.

I've never used any apple other than Fuji. Its great. I'm still working on that flavor I mentioned, but I usually go 10% ry4 double, 2% Fuji, and 1% bourbon. 70/30.

Hey bud, just wanted to thank you for the recipe. Normally I make fruity vapes, but this one really intrigued me so I got the flavors and it is really good. Reminds me of a caramel apple kinda. Anyway thanks again!

This stuff is pretty good!

Edit: After killing the first 30ml and having a chance to try it with a little bit of age, it's not pretty good, IT IS FANTASTIC
