Can anybody shed some light on this?

So, here's the thing.

On my country's vaping facebook page, someone once said that there was a... substance? (like ethyl maltol for example) that was supposed to reproduce the fizzling of sodas. Like a Coke for example. But he couldn't remember the name of the substance.

So, does something like this really exists? If it does, how is it called?

Don't make the same mistake I did and sub TFA Champagne for INW Champagne. It tastes awefully close to real champagne.

Inawera also has Sparkling Wine. The description on inawerawinkel.com says "Sparkles noticible :)"

I use TFA Champagne Type PG to help get that carbonated/fizzling mouth feel.

There are some flavorings that offer effervescence, but none that I know of that are a stand alone effervescence. We may have something coming our way in the not so distant future though. So far, yeah, the closest thing we've got are champagnes and sodas, which all have an inherent flavor which you will need to take in to consideration when using these different flavorings. FA Champagne btw, I didn't get much fizz from even when using it as high as 3% in a mix. TFA Champagne I think did a better job at offering some effervescence but left my mix feeling a little "watered down."
