Maybe these companies will charge a one time fee for the recipe. I don't really see how else they'd continue to make money.

I wonder how the regulation will affect concentrates similiar to the DIY or DIE ones. I wonder if companies will try to do that though I expect that regulations are most likely going to kill that as well.

I know it may be hard to believe, but the feds aren't actually retarded despite reddit hivemind thinking so. They've worded the regs that if it's "reasonably expected to be used as a tobacco product" or whatever catch-all phrase they've chosen to specifically avoid people doing this. IIRC though, flavorings will not be affected as they have many other purposes besides vaping and they only want to fuck with us, not 10+ million more people. Only thing to be afraid of is that large flavoring companies will move to wholesale only, which seems unlikely atm.
