Because of you, I ordered 1L of their NET three months ago and it never arrived. They ignored my emails for about a fortnight, until I stayed up to two in the god-damn morning tonight to call them and ask what the hell was going on. (IE, right now... call ended 2 minutes ago)
Apparently they don't have it, offered nicotine. I declined. Apparently they sent me an email, no email. No, it's not in my spam. Apparently getting a refund this afternoon. We'll see :P

I'm just cranky I didn't get my NET
I ordered nic from them. Order came quickly but was only one of four bottles ordered. It took 6-8 emails, two phone calls and a couple months to get it sorted. I was told it had been corrected and shipped several times before the balance finally showed up. Decent nic but doubtful I'll chance the frustration again.
I placed an order with them a couple of weeks ago and received it around a week after purchase date. Sad to hear you were having issues with them.
What brand did you experience the harsh nic with? I've heard vape clarity or vape barn (is it vape barn? On mobile, I forget exact name) are both very good brands
Damn, that stinks. I know that places are getting backed up due to regs but a month does seem a bit excessive. The only other place I'd go besides Carolina Xtract or Nude Nic would be Vaperstek. Supposed to be some of the highest quality nic; Got a perfect score from Mr. Walker IIRC.
I order on a CaronlinaX on a regular basis and only had a delay once. They are the highest quality, are super expensive, and never answer emails. Been wanting to try VapersTek! but I hate switching up the mix. if you have an issue you can call them. I use vapeclarity too. which isn't as high of quality but everyone on here says they are top notch. generally vapeclarity has a little color (pink) where CX is crystal clear (turns orange later on). I order 100% VG base and have had serious hot spots in vapeclarity where CX always tests dead on. Nude Nic is quality but you might have to wait another month for a shipment from them.
Id say... try vaperstek and let me know how it turns out.
I never get hotspots in my 100VG vapeclarity nic, & its the best nic ive ever tried. The only companies i havent tried are CXTC, Liquidbarn, & ECX/RTSVapes. Pink coloured nicotine is just an indicator of them using Nitrogen or CO2 instead of Argon to prevent oxidation.
ya, its truly people like you that keep me buying from them. oh, and that a gallon is only $250 vs $600 (fcking) hundred dollars. and they have good customer service. and they will ship that shit out on time. and their nic is good. **a ways from the "best" but still plenty good enough. did i mention you save like $400 fucking dollars on every gallon!!
ps. tranceinate is right. order from vapeclarity. its 90% of the quality of high end @1/2 the price. + good customer service.
Can't advocate for phone calls enough.
Trust me; I'd rather bang out an email at 1AM than actually have to interact with anyone, but, seriously, if you want forward momentum in your customer service, nothing beats a reasonable voice on the phone.
