I just got an email from DIYFS, so I thought I'd pass this along.

Now's the time to get ahold of that sweet, sweet bottle of Holy Vanilla that you need to badly! (among other things, I'm sure, but maybe others would be better equipped to advise.)
Anyone have a general input on how their other flavors compare with CAP FA FW and TFA?
I got a sample of their vanilla custard one time. Really good stuff. After a few days of steeping, I get a very heavy vanilla and eggy custard at a 10% standalone mix. It turns from a light yellow color, almost like cap VC, but after a week it transforms into a deep, rich amber color. It's almost orange. I really like this stuff, I may have to buy a bigger bottle of it
I can only speak to Holy Vanilla, which is utterly untouchable.
I currently have 18 other vanillas in my stash, and, if I had to, I'd pitch 'em all out the window in favor of HV & Nude Nicotine's Patchouli Vanilla.
I'm dying to know what other mixers here think is essential.
Dat Patchouli Vanilla is pretty damn tasty! TY for the PSA =) might have to finally pick some of that HV up!
/u/CheebaSteeba You're most welcome! That patchouli vanilla is helping to make my ADV a thing worth living for. (it's NN, though, not DIYFS)
I have to thank /u/abdada for the heads-up, when he posted in some thread about... fixatives, I think? I just did a search and can't find the original post that sparked my interest, but, it works well really with florals, bringing them right to the fore.
