Well folks, this is my second order from Nude Nicotine and definitely my last (funny, I said basically the same thing about my first order).
I had a total shit experience with my first order and 75% of people on Reddit raged like total Nude fanboys making a plethora of excuses for the company while the other 25% talked about how Nude has turned into a lazy piece of shit company that fucks their customers and has pretty much zero customer support.
"Bro, they mix it as they get orders it takes time."
"Dude fuck off it says on their website that they take 3-4 days."
"It's probably because you only got a 500ml and a sample."
I could go on posting excuses people gave for Nude for probably a good 20-30 minutes but I won't, there's no reason to. My experiences with Nude speak for themselves. My first order took like 1.5 weeks to get to me and Nude lied to me, saying they'd shipped my order and then not shipping for days afterward or bothering to respond to my email with anything that wasn't automated.
So despite the fact that it took them so long to get my shit out last time I decided to order again. Except this time I ordered everything a week before I needed it so I wasn't sitting here out of juice again.
I placed my order Monday the 10th and got an email confirmation saying "We have received your packaging list and are filing it into the next loading list for immediate formulation and packaging"
The next email I received was on May 14th, claiming "Your order has been entered into the loading list for immediate formulation! The chemists in the cleanroom are working diligently to assemble your solution from raw components. Afterwards, it will be carted to the packaging facility for boxing and shipment."
Next one May 18th, to give me shipping information. At this point we're more than a week out from the point that I placed the order and they're just now getting a tracking number.
BUT. FUCKING. WAIT.
It's the same bullshit Nude pulled with me last time! Basically, "Here's a tracking number that won't actually work for a week because we don't give a shit about our customers and fuck you have a nice day."
So now here I am with this tracking number I've had since Wednesday the 18th. It's now the 22nd and the absolute earliest Nude will get my package into the mail is Monday, two weeks after I placed my order. If I'm LUCKY it'll go out Monday, otherwise who the fuck knows when I'll get my shit with this company.
I DIY to save money as smoking commercial juice is far more expensive to me than smoking cigarettes and I don't like 99.9% of commercial juice. At this point I've spend at least $80 on juice waiting for my Nude order to get here even though I saved myself plenty of juice to deal with what I knew to be atrocious shipping.
I've had multiple people I know order around the same time and well after I placed my order and get their shit already. Why the fuck is it that everyone I know gets their Nude shit in a week or less and I always get fucked around on mine even though I live significantly closer to CA than my friends do.
At this point I just want my fucking money back from these scam artists but they won't even respond to my emails or calls.
tl;dr: Nude Nicotine a shit, do not order, I've spent more on juice locally while waiting for the package than I did ordering from them and it has completely destroyed the point of saving money with DIY.
I'm posting on a new Reddit account to hopefully avoid the inbox hate I received over my last complaint about Nude. How the fuck are there people who fanboy that hard for a fucking nicotine company?
I never had that bad of an experience, but shipping was always hella slow and product was always inconsistent.
I have ordered from liquid barn for almost a year, and it's a 3 day turnaround, product is consistent, and the price is in line with the quality.
There are a handful of really good nicotine providers, perhaps it's time to try someone new?
And everytime I've received Nude, its harsh as gasoline and inconsistent between batches. They lost me as a customer almost a year ago. Try Liquid barn or Vaporstek...they deserve your business, not Nude

Couldn't agree more. From personal experience with them; It's one thing to have an inconsistency issue, but it's another thing entirely when you fail to handle it properly. They place blame on others, deny any wrongdoing, and don't communicate honestly with their customers. They basically think they are immune to human errors. I highly recommend trying Carolina Xtracts or Vape Clarity next time.
Never had harsh stuff (although the gas station tier unflavored I bought last night locally and tried to mix with is like that) but thank you for the recommendations. A big part of why I ordered from Nude is because I didn't want to order from separate places for VG/PG and nicotine base otherwise I would have went to Carolina Xtracts.

We are backed up everyone. The FDA pending regulations have scared everyone into learning the DIY aspect of eLiquid and order volumes have blown out of proportion. Our formulations department was set to handle the hit, but our packaging and fulfillment line is SEVERELY backed up at the moment. with over 500 orders coming in some days (up from ~150 max per day before), this was unlike anything we have ever seen.
Earlier last week we did a blast hire for 5 order fulfillment employees, and that hire did help but we are still steadily working though the backlog and current wholesale + volume.
FYI - we are still about 4 days behind the 72 hour guarantee mark. We owe you guys all a seriously apology. Especially you /u/Alheushi. it is totally likely with the immense amount of emails that have flooded the askachemist@nucenicotine.com inbox, we might have genuinely skipped over your email. For the calls - we have been very adamant about calling customers back, but with the 3 individuals on staff for non-wholesale calls, it has been a bit difficult sorting through an calling back with the high volumes without messages.
Again, we hired two to help with the phones, look to meet Kayla and Joe in the coming days.
The backlog is progressing steadily at 24 hours per day, advancing 48 hours with over 750-1000 orders being processed some days these past few. This means we will hit our 72 hour processing time from click-to-ship within 48 hours from this date.
Please try and give us some time easing into these growing pains with the packaging line. After last week's scare, we have seen a bigger influx of new DIYers than we have EVER seen in the history of our growing business. But everyone involved deserves some reparations. At the very least I'd like to offer any customer that had placed an order since the FDAs release of intent a few Thursday's back a store-credit for their shipping they paid for that we failed to execute in a timely fashion in addition to a 10%+ off minimum coupon.Allow us some time to engineer this and get an email sent to the appropriate individuals.

To give you any idea, I ordered on the 10th, got "shipment notification" on the 19th, and it hasn't gone anywhere since. So yea, it's going to be while. Last order I'll be making, that's for sure. A chargeback will be coming soon if this isn't actually shipping in the next day or so.
This is a joke. I had the same experience with Nude the first two times I purchased from you guys and this was long ago. I also, like OP, have vowed to never purchase from Nude Nicotine again.
Not to mention, when I requested the free sample along with my order, I was told I couldn't get it because I was ordering something. Why the hell would you punish someone who is actually making a purchase v. someone who is just looking for a free sample without purchase?
Customer service is king in this day and age, but Nude Nicotine showed me in the two times I've dealt with them, and from other horror stores I have heard that they just don't give a shit. This ridiculous delay from purchase to receipt of product has been an issue for some time and Nude hasn't done anything to address it, knowing the demand for liquid nicotine was bound to increase dramatically.

My last order from NN was for 1L of 100mg/ml. Placed order on Thursday night. Was sitting on my door step the following Monday.

They're one of the few vendors that will ship to me in New Zealand. Shipping time has always been on par with anything else I order from the US.

We use Nude in emergencies only as their prices are far cheaper and actually deliver faster than our regular nicotine supplier but Nudes nicotine isn't as good as our regular supplier.
But recently, they have been doing the same thing with our orders as happened with yours.
In formulation for a week straight and no sign of speeding up until you email them. They then promptly sent us our order.
I do like the people that work at Nude. They are nice and seemingly genuine.
But as of late, you are correct. Their service has been poor and so has the quality of product.
Switched to Nude from Nicotine River about a year or so ago, first 3-4 orders were awesome, definitely was a step up in terms of quality, price was steep at the time but everyone that bought my juice raved about how much smoother it was.
Then the badtimes hit. We went through 2 orders where we consistently got complaints, and even our own staff stopped buying, that's when we found out about Vape Clarity and switched over to them almost immediately, and poof, the complaints immediately stopped, everyone was happy again.
Fast forward to recently when VapeClarity had their fire, was forced to grab some NudeNic in a pinch when we ran low after unexpected high volume, bam, complaining about the harshness comes up immediately again.
Dumped almost an entire Liter of nic, bought some Carolina Xtract to get us through until VC was up again, never ever buying from them again.
I'm really glad to see that it's not just me. The last time I posted complaining about Nude (less than two months ago) I got so much hate directed towards me it wasn't funny.
The only credit I can really give them is if you call them, they do have great customer service and in most cases they can rush your order if you ask them to. However, this is the modern age, and email requests and questions should NEVER go by the wayside just because you have a staff of OG salesmen who prefer phone contact. I myself am a big 3rd shift type of guy, so a lot of the time I don't have the time in my schedule during the small amount of daylight I have to be playing phonetag with companies over my supplies.
Thank god they don't use the invoice system like my bottle suppliers do, but that's a whole other rant altogether.
Never ordered from Nude but whatever, fuck em man. Liquid Barn has been nothing but good to me. Might keep an eye out in case they do a Memorial Day sale. I ordered a half liter of 100mg at Christmas and it's bound to last me quite a while. I really should freeze it but I've only opened it once to move 120ml out.

Same here made my order on the 12th, I called them and was repeatedly told my order would ship the next day, yet nothing. I had to message them on their fb page the other day (extremely fast reply to their credit) to make sure it got to my residence before Thursday as I'll be out of town for the weekend. The nic would sit in my steamy Florida mailbox for 3 days which would definitely diminish the quality. I ordered in advance to prevent this. They guaranteed me it would be shipped early Monday and arrive to me Wednesday so we'll see. I've never had an issue with the quality of their nic, it's just a shame about their timeliness and customer service.
Funny enough, I've had the EXACT same experience with NudeNicotine. First order took 2 weeks, I figured I wouldn't buy from them again but their customer service told me that I could send them a text for my next order and request a "rush order". Figured that I'd give it a shot. Second order placed, rush order asked, no answer from Nude. They later told me that it probably got lost in their box and apologized. This order took over 2 weeks to reach my door...
Product is good, no complain here, customer service isn't bad either I guess, very polite and everything, but this is just wayyyyy too slow...
Nude didn't ship my last order until a week or so after I placed it.
It took me politely implying that based on the info I have I can tell they have my package put together and have not actually shipped it yet.
2 hours later tracking says it was dropped off at the post office. No email back. I didn't expect them to apologize, shit happens. But even a 'we just dropped it off for you' would have sufficed.

O man this brings back memories... This sub is full of fanboys... As a matter of fact, this entire community is so defensive when it comes to anything about the precious vapes and the vendors...
This community could learn to take criticism. I posted a complaint about ECigExpress and I was called a bad customer. People were making excuses left and right about how this industry isn't that big and these vendors are small businesses blah blah blah...
Didn't make much of a difference to me... To this day, I've spent over $500 in the 5 or so months of doing DIY with Wizard Labs mostly as well as another $100 - $200 with BCV, and GremlinDIY and honestly I couldn't be happier.
Another time, I posted a complaint about another vendor I bought a tank from and was talking about false advertising and people were actually asking me for proof as if I'm just making it all up to hurt the vendor for whatever reason! The vendor quickly changed the website to make it look like everything was good, and people starting to actually call me a liar and a fellow DIYer came by with a google cache page to show that I wasn't lying.
These vendors think they can do whatever they want without any consequence. And I hope they do, because that is how I weed out the shitty ones from the trustworthy ones.
As for the topic, I usually go with Carolina Xtract, had an issue once and never got a respond back from them but eh, the second order was all good. I'm actually getting ready to try out vapeclarity, everyone is raving about them!

My first DIY order was from NN...never again. I order my supplies also from Wizard labs. They always promptly get my order to me and about every other order they throw a little freebie in my box.

What kind of problems did you have with ecig express? I'm curious because that is the only vendor I've used so far in my limited diy experience.
My problems were small, but their response made me not want to do business with them...
First off, I made my first order ever with them. I was extremely nervous as I had never even mixed a bottle of juice before and wasn't even sure I was ordering everything correctly. About an hour after I placed my order, I realized I had missed 3 flavors, so I sent them an email and asked if I could just order those three items and they could combine it cause I didn't think me paying for shipping again was fair since the first order hadn't even been touched by anyone on their staff...
They told me they can't modify orders or even combine them. Gave me a 10% off code for my next purchase which wouldn't even come close to covering the shipping cost.
To make matters worse, during these exchanges, the lady never once spelled my name right in the email.
So I went to wizard labs and placed my order for the other three things.
I came to reddit to complain about this, like wtf? I got bashed about the fact that they put a notice that they can't modify orders and also that I'm a bad customer for coming here and complaining... I understand all that, I truly do. However, I wasn't asking for much, especially for my first order, someone going a little out of their way to help me out makes a big difference for me, but it seemed like they didn't even want to try.
So fast forward and my order arrives. I decide to give it a once over to ensure everything is correct. I had ordered cap butter cream, they sent me cap butter. I contacted then, they said they didn't have any in stock so they refunded me the $2 and change... I was furious, especially since their website said they had it in Stock. To make things worse, now I had to go and place another order for the damn thing and pay another shipping fee to get it to me...
And through all this, never once did the lady correctly spell my name right...
After that, I realized this sub is full of fanboys... But yea, they might have a bigger selection and a better price, but I'd gladly pay a bit more for better service and a greater flexibility.

I've had two problems with ecx as well. Both about harsh flavors that I bought 4oz of. (I tested at various %s, single flavor, without nic and they were all harsh) They said to give them the lot number and they'd let the vendor know. After I sent the number, they stopped responding to me and closed my tickets.
No offer to replace or do anything with my completely unusable bottles. I ended up buying one from capella and one from gremlin after they came back in stock. No issues with either. I'm over ecx because bcv, gremlin, wizard, and even direct from the companies is easier.
I think my my most recent order is my last from them as well. Been using them exclusively for 6 months. First time i ordered, they lost my order and it took almost a month to get to me.
The most recent order, I ordered a week before my nic was gonna run out, and after a week I finally got my email saying it shipped. After 5 days and the tracking not updating I decided to email them. I never heard back but my package magically shipped (I'm assuming they lost track of it for the 2nd time).
I love their nic. I fucking love the nude armor v2 packaging. But with waiting multiple weeks almost every time I order, and having to go without nic during that time, is getting old and honestly it's pretty unprofessional considering their lack of communication or their lack of trying to make things right.

Yeah. Nude really put me off as well. My first ever DIY order, I gathered up everything I needed, and ordered nicotine from them. It took them over a week just to ship the fucking thing! I got EVERYTHING else from ecigexpress like 5 days after I placed my order. Fucking Nude took 2-3 weeks to get my shit. So annoyed.
Never had NN the first plase I fond was MFS my orders have always come quickly recently placed an order with nude nicotine for some flavorings and a sample bottle and yeah it's taking forever
I usually use MFS, always had great nic imo. No harsh crazy flavor...just good nic.
Went with NN this last order (mainly due to the praise here) and have been sorely disappointed. It's pretty harsh and has oxidized waaaay faster than any other I've had before (even storing it in amber bottles in the freezer.
I've seen a few people talk about MFS nic, and I think I'll have to try it again. The first time I got it any juice that was used with it was extremely harsh and peppery even at <3mg. I've been using NN for almost 2 years and out of all my orders I'd say that 20%showed up in a reasonable time frame. Other than ship times the quality has been good and I've never got a harsh batch, but i cant stand waiting an extra 1-2 weeks on top of the expected window for delivery.
Glad I went with One Stop Shop DIY I guess. Hope my experience goes well.
I've used them twice in the past and they were great. They even sent Halloween candy in the order since it was around Halloween which was weird but cool. I was going to order there last time but they were backed up and out of stock for what I wanted because they were having a sale, but it was clear what was happening on the site so no guessing games. 10/10 would order again
I was actually going to order from nude nicotine but when I seen The Vape Clarity deal and all the good reviews I couldn't pass it up. I ordered Friday it shipped the same day and should be here today. I just hope it is as good as everyone says I actually Order ahead of time so I wouldn't mind waiting as long as the end product was excellent
My order is out for delivery today. Ordered May 9. Called them last Thursday and was told they have been running at 300% of normal since the deeming regs dropped. That explains a lot. This is my first order from Nude so I have no point of reference. But this may be a sign of things to come...
Nicotineriver has shipped the same day with every purchase I have made from them. There customer service is great. I once had a question concerning the nic they sent me and they promptly sent me a tracking number for a replacement. I didn't even ask for it to be replaced. They definitely want there customers to be happy. I've had absolutely no problems with them that I haven't even tried anyone else. I definitely recommend trying them out. There prices on flavors are good too but the don't sell anything under 60 ml besides flavorah. The flavorah prices aren't great but if your already paying for shipping an extra dollar is better than paying for shipping somewhere else too.
What I do not understand is WHY they would not put a warning on their site... They respond in another comment blaming it on a massive rise in orders but they're using WordPress and WooCommerce. You know how long it would take to put a notice up? SECONDS.
Guess what nude.... If you would have posted that you can't handle your volume I would have ordered from somewhere else - once.

VapeClarity looks good for nicotine. Is it quality? If so, it's cheaper. From there all I gotta do is go buy flavor somewhere else.

On Monday (23) it was still marked as received so I emailed them asking them if they could have it out by Wednesday (today) and if not I'll need to place a small order with another vendor to hold me over as I only had 10 days of juice left when I placed my order.
They replied saying it'll be shipped before today and marked it as formulating. It's been that way for two days. Let's see if they get it out today ...

Now if I order from another vendor being as it's already thursday means I likely won't receive it until monday and now have to go spend buy a bottle at the local beer store at a price for which I could have made 20 bottles myself.
First of all they've always been slow from what I read but that aside, even if the influx of orders did get them behind ... Why make a promise you can't keep? It's just bad business.

It looks like we ordered juice around the same time frame. It took 16 days before they finally shipped out my order. They said it was being formulated and packaged about 3 days after the order. Then I waited 8 more days for an email saying it shipped, but I got none so I emailed them. Next day they said sorry and that they were having a large volume of orders. Though the nicotine quality is great. I'm still sticking with nude nic, just gotta time my orders right, just in case this happens again.
living in Australia means we have no local sources to get nicotine from (not legally anyway) and doing the research on where to buy it from, I was basically given 3 choices; Health Cabin, Nude Nicotine and My Freedom Smokes.
I had already tried health cabin nicotine and while it did the trick in my very first order, it smelled weird and had a yellow tinge to it, even in a freshly opened bottle. so they weren't going to get me ordering another batch from them, especially since I was told the good stuff comes from America.
I looked at nude nicotine for all of 5 minutes when I saw on the mfs page I could also get other stuff to make my postage worthwhile (about $45 or so for standard shipping) so I went with them. after reading this post, I'm glad I did. of that's how local customers are treated, I'd hate to see how long international customers have to wait. I got my order from mfs in 12 days which is exceptional considering it wasn't expedited.
Alright, listen here and listen good. I personally have NO sympathy for you. I'll even give you the same cliche answer nearly every post here gets. READ THE F-ING SIDEBAR, or USE THE SEARCH. I've been lurking around here for the better part of the past 12 months, and I've read more trash talk about Nude than every other nic provider combined. It states simply in the sidebar that /u/Botboy141 has them on his shit list. My first half day of research here assured me he knew what he was talking about, along with all the other testimonies as to how shitty of a company Nude is. To tell you the truth, if the mods didn't have Nude in the sidebar, they probably wouldn't get much business. (Here's your sign /u/kirkt...) Take away the name "nude" and I bet it would be even less. Simple marketing really.
It does suck that you had a shitty experience with your nic provider, but the writing was all over the walls here so to speak. Also, I believe there's a saying "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me." Pull you head out of your ass and order from a reputable supplier next time even if it costs a little more. That $80 you spent on premium juice could have gone toward a CXT order you actually would have had in 3-4 days with money left over. And you wouldn't have had to be concerned about the quality or strength once you received it either.
Nude actually does quite a lot of business on the wholesale front, I don't know numbers but i'd venture 90% of their revenue or more.
500ml DIY orders go to the back of the pack when they are shipping 8 50 gal VG, 8 50 gal PG and 2x 50 gal 100mg nic to a single customer.
That said, I haven't spoken to Jake in nearly a year. Despite a couple times he's reached out when I've responded negatively about Nude online. The simple fact that they only seem to return emails or phone calls when it is beneficial for them is a tragedy. Shipping time, well, who am I to talk, my site says orders shit in 3-5 business days and they do.
