Ginger snaps FLV
submitted over 9 years ago by Chrisdvr1

RDA / velocity

% Used/2.5

coil/ Clapton w/ 55

Steep time/ 3 weeks wicking/ full

Mouth Feel - sharp and slightly dense and sits on the tongue nicely not too heavy not too light very slight throat hit

Flavor Properties- sweet with a slightly maple syrup or molasses flavor very light on the bakery notes and of course Ginger

Relatable Flavors - gingersnap is a snickerdoodle with the addition of ginger

Position in the recipe - this should be a great base 4 a gingersnap cookie recipe at low percentages could make a good accent and if you want to kick it in the pants and take it up to 5% it loses a lot of cookery Bakery notes and taste more like raw ginger

Pairings- other bakeries such as cake or cookie definitely help bring out the flavor a little cinnamon should go nicely with it

Needs a little help on The Buttery notes I think butter pecan would be a nice addition actually most nut flavorings will pair nicely or just cap golden butter

I really have enjoyed this flavor, but I haven't tried it as a main note yet. Nor have I let it steep too long to find out it's true potential. But I'm a ginger nut (in food, that is). And this really captures the essence of ginger. It's great with fruits.

Thx brother I owe it all to your great teaching and well thought-out modest Monday posts

Would you mind cross-posting these into any of my threads over at /r/cloud_collective? It helps me keep track of them and I am gradually expanding all the flavor notes I'm keeping tabs on. Will probably add coconut, grape, and a few others today

I received this flavor from them as a sample to try and do a write up somewhere for... Didn't even know where to start so I hadn't yet. Think I might now, thanks!!

Do you find the flavor to be dry at all? I love capellas gingerbread in small amounts, but it's just so dry tasting sometimes.

Yes and no its is a dry cookie but as a vape I didn't really get dry from it
