% Used/ 5%

coil/ single SS 7 rap w/30

Steep time- one week wicking/full

Mouth Feel - very light on the tongue fluffy and smooth no throat hit

Flavor Properties- sweet but not sugary more like an Agave or honey sweetness very good coconut flavor just a hint of toasted carmelization

Relatable Flavors - sugar free frosting

Off Flavors - just the the lightest itty bitty little bit of Floral

Position in the recipe - nice accent note would work well as a base with some help

Pairings -as with regular coconut the obvious tropical fruits and chocolate may also go well with mint flavors like chai or bring some creaminess two coffees & rum
