Mouth Feel - creamy and smooth with no throat hit light on the tongue
Flavor Properties- sweet coconut very creamy nice and ripe
Relatable Flavors - is one is tough it taste like coconut the kind of coconut you would get with with a creamsicle type flavor
Off Flavors - no aftertaste the slightest floral flavor
Position in the recipe - this is going to be a very versatile flavor think you could work as the base, top note or accent
Pairings - any tropical flavor and chocolate fill it would work well as an ice cream given its already creamy texture definitely plan on trying a little FA Jamaican rum
FA Coconut is not ideal for a main flavour, it lacks the 'in your face' coconut punch, it works best as a background flavour, or supporting role. Other coconuts are needed for it to be the main flavour (unless of course you use it standalone). INW Coconut is a dry husk of the coconut. TFA is weak, but will taste like chemicals if you attempt to get a solid hit of coconut out of it.
It is more of a coconut milk flavour (in my opinion), so it goes well in creamy vapes. Use at 0.2% to add to the creaminess of a recipe without adding a coconut edge.
It does mute fruits quite a bit, takes off the sharp notes of mango or pineapple (etc), so it would be good for pina colada or mana colada (if such a thing exists).
Thanks for all these write-ups, should help with search results immensely.
