I've recently gotten into diy to save money (poor college kid) and I'm having a hard time replicating my favorite flavor: Vape Wild Cinnamon Roll.
So far, I have a recipe that is pretty tasty and tastes kind of like a cinnamon roll:
5% (tfa) Bavarian Cream
5% (Cap) Cinnamon Danish Swirl
2% (LA) Cream Cheese Icing
2% (tfa) Caramel Original
3% (tfa) Graham Cracker (clear)
2% (tfa) Sweet Cream
1% EM
Again, it's alright and I can vape it, but to me, it's missing some elements that Vape Wild's has. They describe their primary flavor profile as being cinnamon, sugar, cream, dough. What I can't seem to figure out is how to get that doughiness and that sugariness. As of now, my recipe tastes breadier than it does doughy and it's not quite sweet enough. (Maybe sucralose would taste more "sugary" as opposed to EM?) I won't know until my next order comes in.
Any tips or suggestions (or straight up clone recipes) you may have would be greatly appreciated. Edit: Formatting
If it's Vape Wild, don't go crazy overthinking it.

I would agree, but I've tried those by themselves and they taste nothing like what I'm going for.
What % did you try them at? Did you add any sweetener?
I find Bavarian cream can mute other flavors at that high of a percentage. I don't doubt that what /u/cjinct said is true, but I'm also sure that as a DIY'er you can come up with something better than vape wilds!
That being said, try lowering that bavarian cream quite a bit and using a combination of FW's cinnamon roll with CAP CDS.
Everything else seems to be at a decent percentage. Nice recipe :)
A touch of FA Joy might help you bring the doughiness up. I've never tried Vape Wild and I've never vaped cinnamon rolls, but I've cooked them many times. The dough in a cinnamon roll is yeasty and so is FA Joy. It should really help you achieve that authentic taste of yeasty dough. For extra sweetness and sugariness you could try using some FA Meringue. And for even more sweetness I'd use sucralose and drop the EM entirely, because I'm not sure this recipe needs it. Dropping down the BC is also a good idea. And what's up with the caramel?
Luckily, my next order contains all of the flavors you recommend. Also, I'm confused about when to use EM vs sucralose? And the caramel was to add some gooey richness I suppose.
In vaping and in DIY EM is usually referred to as a sweetener, yet I'm not sure if this description gives it justice. In food industry it's used in sweet products to give them perceived sweetness without using too much sugar, it also makes them a bit richer. But it's also used in low fat products to give them more body. It's also used in low fat mayo to reduce the acidity. You can probably find a lot of fruit vapes recipes with EM because it reduces the acidity and harshness of some fruits, smoothes them out a bit, but it can also mute some flavors if used incorrectly. So it's more of an enhancer than a sweetener, it only affects the perceived sweetness. If you're looking for sweetness you can feel on your tongue and lips, what you need is Sucralose found in Sweetener TFA (10% dillution) and CAP Super Sweet (20%). It doesn't change the flavourings, but it adds sweetness on top. Use it at 1-2% for TFA and 0.5-1% for CAP Super Sweet to get that sweet taste you're looking for.
FA Joy and FA Meringue were exactly what I was going to recommend. You don't need much of each -- 0.5-0.75% of FA Joy, and 1-1.5% of FA Meringue should do nicely. Also bring down the TFA Bavarian Cream by quite a bit, as it tends to mask other flavors when used that much. 1.5% or maybe 2% would probably work much better.
Mixing in some TFA Cinnamon Danish or FW Cinnamon Roll (and dropping the CAP Cinnamon Danish Swirl to compensate) should also improve things.
I would also drop the TFA Graham Cracker (Clear) to 1 - 1.5%.
