Hey there! I've been doing the DIY thing since September of last year, and I have learned a lot about what is now my favorite hobby. When I started I had a single box that had a scale, some flavors, and a coupe of recycled bottles that I took the the kitchen table when I wanted to mix. Over time I made the process easier, more organized and more streamlined.

With the influx of new DIY'ers, I wanted to bring up a discussion about peoples work spaces so everyone can share what they have, why they got it, and what they want to get.

This is in hopes to help others get ideas to help their craft along too. I OKed this with the Mods, so hopefully everyone will be able to contribute!

Ill start: The overall workstation

The table is from WalMart. At 5' its a perfect length for across the wall. Its sturdy enough for the job, and given the minimal stress its under, should last a long time. Additionally, because its plastic, its really easy to clean up.

The Racks are absolutely my favorite part of the setup and I wish I had gotten them earlier. Each one holds roughly 100 concentrates in the 10-13 ML size. I Purchased them Here. 20$ a piece and free shipping with Prime. The only issue with this is that shelves, as you can see, are a little shorter than the bottles themselves, sometimes making the labels a little harder to read.

The scale is an relatively obvious one. The LB-501 is the most reccommended scale on this subreddit, as it has the accuracy needed for the job as well as the additional features that are really nifty. (Edit a mistake in scales in here, thanks to /u/paleone123

The [syringes] (http://i.imgur.com/KarFo3B.jpg) I got from amazon as well. These are great as they are thick gauges so its easy to get what you need with less strain (i'm talking to you VG). This is cheap, comes with Caps, and a pack of 10. I like to label them so there is no confusion.

Saftey is Next. Nitrile gloves are the best for this hobby because aside from the usually protection from gloves, they are not permeable by nicotine. These ones are not powered either, so you don't have powder juice. I got a box of 200 cause I have a lot of people coming over to make juice. If its just you, you probably don't need as many. The glasses are just a cheap-o pair from WalMart again just because I like seeing things. Accidents don't happen often, but after getting some juice in my eye and it burning like a mother fucker, I quickly picked these up.

Another thing I love, but is completely not needed is a Work space monitor. I traded 350ml of juice for this bad boy. Having a monitor right in front of your mixing is nice, so I don't have to deal with pens and paper immediately. I used to print every recipe I was about to make out, but that used too much paper.

Bottle storage is next. This is another recent addition thanks to good ole' WalMart This pretty much explains itself. Each drawer holds about 100-150 LDPE bottles no problem at all. The smaller one on top I couldn't find a link for, but is essentially the same thing that I keep all my spare flavors in.

And the bottles that are stored? Right from Heartland Vapes. Out of the total 200 bottles ordered, I only had about 3 or 4 duds. They come out to about 35-40 cents a piece, which I don't mind. You can also choose cap colors, which is nice if you like having a visual differentiation.

The last two items up for bid are labels from Staples, which are simple and bulk peel-and-stick labels to fit most any bottles. The other is the best damn thing for VG usage. For a while I used a syringe, but a 18ml of VG takes about an enternity to suck up into a syringe, and pouring it just got messy. This little bottle makes pouring very easy and clean, and hold 250ml of VG. I HIGHLY recommend it.
